Estancia en el Espacio suites

Habitación espaciosa y amplia. Desayuno aceptable, muy buena atención de todo el personal

Lamentablemente sigo pensando que reserve una habitación suite grand pero el hotel me alojó en una Junior suite aunque me digan lo contrario pero las fotos de la suite grand no corresponden con la realidad

clean hotel, high security , super friendly staff and helpful

safe area , close to everything you need

they have a construction works next to their hotel ( 12 hrs / day) which is make it unsupported to stay on the hotel more than few hrs during the works , can't blame the hotel about that though but unfortunately that's was enough for me to move to another hotel

Nice clean hotel in safe location

Spacious rooms in a clean hotel in a safe location. Staff are friendly are helpful (when needed). Breakfast is good especially the freshly made eggs. Love the fresh coffee and water all day.

Gym needs some improvements! Quite a few of the machines are broken but appreciated the yoga mats.

Excellent place to stay while exploring Bogota

The bed was comfortable, the size of the bathroom, bedroom, and living room/kitchen area were all large. The shower was aaaaamazing! Hot water and individual knobs to change the water pressure and the temperature. Temperature of the room wasn't too cold (usually they are quite cold in Bogota), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep our bags there for a bit after check out. The neighborhood is nice and you are just a couple of blocks away from Parque 93 and plenty of places to eat.

The suites have everything you need and the location is great to go to great restaurants and bars

the breakfast wasn’t that good and the wifi was really slow. we were traveling for business, so we had to fix other arrangements on our own to be able to work

Beautiful spot close to Parque 93 with modern furniture and sleek feel, great value.

Modern furniture and feel, cleanliness.

Breakfast was ok, limited in the choices. Construction works on the street started at 715 am, way too early and noisy for us to catch enough rest. Clearly not the hotel's fault.

Great place to stay on business.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Quite basic but everything you needed.

Quite far from town center. Had to book sauna to use but think this is normal is Colombia.

Amazing!

Breakfast was decent and variety of things. Nothing bad to say about it. The staff was always asking if we needed things in the bedroom (drinks, snacks, bathroom supplies, etc.).

Lovely room but service is well-below the usual standard of a 4 star hotel

Room is great - we were in the business suite which had 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen and an additional toilet. Location is good - 10 min walk to Parque 93 and near Azahar cafe. Good value for money - we paid £60 GBP / night for the room, so £20 each for 3 of us

Service was terrible. Check in was 3pm, and the hotel messaged me on the morning to confirm the check-in time. We arrive at 4pm and somehow the room is still not ready - we checked in at 5pm. So 2 hours late… Guy on reception at night was plain rude - made it seem like a nuisance when he had to unlock the door for us at 10pm Just not the service we expected from a 4 star hotel…

Clean and comfortable hotel

Breakfast was fine, location was very convenient and close to parque 93, hotel was clean.

They tried to charge me like $7,000 pesos more upon check it. When I queried it, they said it was for accident and medical insurance. I told them I already had insurance and so they agreed to remove it, but it seemed a bit strange.

Very good

The room was spacious and had everything that is needed. the location is also very good

there was insufficient staffing with quite some time to wait to even just open the door to exit the hotel. No air conditioning in the room. the gym was not too bad but not cleaned frequently, no water, no towels
