Nestled in Key West, this lovely house for $800 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ‘The Plantation” is a Three Bedroom Town home located within the prestigious gated community of ‘Truman Annex’ in Key West’s ‘Old Town’ area. In addition to the Master Bedroom, with it’s King Bed and private balcony, a Guest Bedroom with two single beds (which may be joined to form a King Bed) and its own private balcony, this home also has a first floor Bedroom which is furnished with a Queen size Murphy bed to provide sleeping for additional guests or guests that prefer not to climb a stairs. This home boasts of three full Baths. Two on the second floor and one on the first to accommodate guests in the bedroom on the first floor. This property is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker. Pets may be considered with a 28+ day stay | The highlight of this home, in addition to the spacious living quarters, is the large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee or tea, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends or a place to wind down the day. | While this home has a completely furnished kitchen, it is a widely accepted practice in Key West to avoid its use during your stay and dine out. | Dining and entertainment is accomplished with a quick, two-block walk to Duval Street or you may choose to enjoy the Key West Sunset Celebration every night at Mallory Square, which is a short 5-block walk. Sun bathing is available either in the Associations private pool or you may visit beautiful Fort Zachary Park beach, only 400 yards away. | Key West is about Duval Street, the Hemingway House, The Little White House, Smathers Beach, fine dining coupled with quirky little restaurants serving all manner of foods from various countries. Walking is the norm for Key West. You can bring a car but why? Duval is located within two blocks as is Sunset Celebration on Mallory Square. Ft. House was clean all the possible things you might need were provided in the house. I would definitely stay there again. My only minor dissatisfaction was the microwave stopped working last three days of our vacation and the oven did not work at all . We attempted to use one time did not work. The microwave would have been nice if it worked.

Two wonderful weeks in beautiful Key West!

This house is in a perfect location, close to Duval, the grocery store, Mallory Square and so many other places. The house was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they need a handrail on the front porch. Otherwise great place to stay, had a blast with family and friends! Also, the location is in a gated community and a great place for morning walks, the houses are so cute with their fences. I would totally recommend.

We had a fabulous time in Key West and our accommodations were excellent. The townhouse is convenient and within walking distance to all major attractions and the beach. It is very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. However, the room with the pull down murphy bed is very small. Our only complaint is that the available tv channels were very limited, with very few sports channels.

I’ve dreamed about staying in this quaint neighborhood in KW for quite awhile. It does not disappoint. The hosts thought of everything we might need during our stay. The staff was very friendly and low key. We had a minor issue with the bathroom doorknob downstairs. Our kids had to knock to get out after every use. The staff responded right away to repair but the part had to be shipped. Oh well, became the joke of the trip!
