Lovely location and very good restaurant. The restaurant pricey for Romania but absolutely worth it as it's a proper restaurant, service and exceptional food. The chef was excellent (my only issue was with the music which was inappropriate for the type of restaurant). The room is great as was the pool and leisure facilities. I would go back!
Breakfast was awful to be honest, not much choice and fairly poor quality. It also wasn't clear who was a member of staff and who was nobody was in a uniform and nobody really seemed to be doing anything (apart from our second day when one of the waiting staff was wearing a sort of uniform)

Good facilities including a nice pool and a great breakfast. And nice view of the city from the balcony.

Location, view, breakfast
There was a wedding party and the staff didn't reserve any parking spots for the other clients of the hotel. We were asked to park our car near the main road between Brasov and Poiana Brasov. The cleaning staff didn't change our sheets on our stay and didn't take our garbage from the room and neither from the balcony.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful and it is a nice location
Not a 4* star look and feel. Besides the pool area nothing screams 4 stars
At 9.30 PM they knocked on my door with tool service I didn’t order and as I was alone it was quite unpleasant and disturbing
Breakfast was frugal and basic, definitely not suited for a 4 * hotel
