Communication as to check in time, key collection, access code and any other questions that I may have had prior to arrival was excellent. We were welcomed on arrival by a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English. She escorted us to our apartment and made sure that we understood how things worked and were comfortable. The apartment was a short walk to the local shops, supermarket, cafes, bars and tram which made exploring the local area and going further into the city easy. We felt very safe, as there was a 24-hour security presence, and although we didn't speak Turkish and they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate our needs easily.
The apartment was well maintained and extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there for future trips to Istanbul.

It's a great location. Walkable to Galata and Taksim Sq, and near a tram to take you to other places. Good local restaurants and amenities.
The 2 bedroom apartment was quite big and had good shared spaces although one of the bedrooms was considerably bigger than the other. Great touch having 2 bathrooms however.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
It's an apartment not a hotel. Because of this the rooms are not cleaned and you are responsible for taking out your trash. This didn't bother us but it's worth knowing.

Location for tram was excellent. The host Eileen was brilliant and so hopeful with local information and helping us with travel arrangements.
