Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, this second floor, two-suite unit is a wonderful place to relax. Located one mile west of the hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping and night life. A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high speed internet access via wi-fi is included, along with free local calls, and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens. The complex has two pools, one heated (during the fall and winter months), and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches! We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. * A security guard is on duty for your safety. You will purchase a parking pass on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days. * There is a 3.2% charge for using a credit or debit card. * The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

The pictures on the listing were not specific to the unit rented, so a bit misleading. Our unit was tired (to say the least) and is in need of updating. Smelled musty, living room and balcony furniture was very worn. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. for our four-night stay. No Keurig K-Cup coffee maker was disappointing. Location was very good, especially to the beach. View of the Gulf is outstanding.

The kitchen was lacking in utensils, needed good cleaning and some upgrades. The beach was too eroded and had a fairly sharp drop to go to the water.

The location was great. Close access to the beach. The condo itself was nice, but it didn't appear that house keeping did much prior to our arrival which was somewhat upsetting considering how much you have to pay for cleaning services. I would encourage the owner to have a discussion with the cleaning company specifically about the floors and kitchen area.

Nice clean condo. Great location that wasn’t crowded and wasn’t remote either. I loved being right off the elevator the check in process was easy and we had great communication as well. 100% would recommend!

The group of 4 women really loved the condo and location was fantastic. Loved the patio facing the pool and ocean. Bathrooms in garage below us available for poolside and beach. Everything worked well. Great water pressure in showers. Restaurants and stores very close by. We had a keypad to access the condo that didnt work but sponsor/ owner Trinity drove in to fix it. Probably need a new one but really no complaints about anything. Loved our stay.

We stayed in Trinity's condo to attend Hangout Fest. We were able to walk to the festival and back each day (about a mile each way), and felt that it was a safe walk. The pool and beach access is easy to get to and the balcony view is great! We even saw dolphins jumping in the ocean on our second morning. The beds were super comfortable and the mirror wall in the living room was great for a group getting ready. We did not cook anything while we were staying but the kitchen seemed to have a lot of pans, silverware, etc. Trinity allowed us to check in early and was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was fine. Don’t know if I will come back to the area though. Was a shooting earlier in week where the kids hangout. Ruins it for everyone. The city needs to understand no one will come and spend time or money if that stuff is going on.

First of all, the weather was absolutely PERFECT. This always makes for a great vacation. The unit we had was beach front, and looked out over the pool. Even when we older folks didn’t want to actually “go” to the beach, we could sit on the ample sized balcony and enjoy watching our grands. The living unit was updated and very clean. (Although those bathrooms were snug). Loved having the stacked W/D. That is always a must for us. The king bed in the master was very comfy. We were totally surprised at how crowded it was since it was mid October. Usually our fall break trips aren’t heavily populated. But this did not make it unpleasant at all. Just a speculation. The only “less than perfect” event was the entire exterior of the building was being repainted and the scaffolding was right in front of our view, making it a little less than perfect. But hey, ya gotta do what you gotta do. And we appreciate upkeep. I think we’d probably return, but the snail pace traffic around Birmingham may have us think twice.

The property was awesome. Right on the beach, loved having beach view when stepping out on balcony. Only thing I wish was different is you could have canopy out on the beach..

While the view and convenience to the beach was really great, our overall stay was not. The first night we got there, when we walked in, sand was all over the floor, long black hair in the kitchen floor, and sand all over the living room couch. We did not even go to the beach the first night we arrived and there was sand in the bed. The next day while cooking breakfast 2 roaches were on the kitchen wall. Also, 3 glasses had lip and fingerprints on them when we took them out of the cabinet. I contacted the property owner and she was very quick to respond and apologize about the issues and that she would contact HOA and get back with me and I have never heard anything back. Although she was easy to contact, I wouldn’t stay again just due to the other issues as stated above.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! It is right on the beach with easy in and out access. The condo is super clean and cute. We watched the dolphins swimming from the balcony in the mornings and then were back and forth during the day. We loved every second of it!
