Zum Glück haben wir spontan in Conil de la Frontera eine andere, viel schönere Wohnung gefunden.
Wir waren vor Weihnachten 2024 in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung war absolut in einem schlechten Zustand. Die ganze Wohnung hat nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Trotz mehrmaligen Lüften blieb dieser Schimmelgeruch weiterhin zurück. Das bleibt halt dauerhaft in den Wänden, Möbel und Einrichtungen haften. An den Decken der Einbauschränke war der Schimmel deutlich zu sehen (Fotos gemacht). Die Vermieterin meldete uns darauf mit, dass man in einer Wohnung am Meer damit rechnen muss. Das mittlere Zimmer hat kein Fenster und kann nicht mal gelüftet werden. Als erstes haben wir eine Reinigung gemacht und haben eine volle Kehrschaufel voller Dreck zusammen gewischt. Die Frottierwäsche fanden wir in einem der Schränke und hat auch modrig gerochen. Wir mussten diese auch zuerst mal waschen. Das ist kein Service! Die beiden Betten in den Zimmern sind für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein (140x190). Die Elektroinstallation ist absolut katastrophal und lebensgefährlich. Im Verteilerkasten hängen die Kabel nur so rum und ist nur mit einem Bild abgedeckt. Als wir die beiden Heizlüfter am Abend einschalteten, fiel regelmässig nach einiger Zeit die Sicherung raus. Die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Die Wohnung ist max. 60m2. Meersicht ist nur in einem kleinen Winkel ersichtlich. Hunde erlaubt, aber Besitzerin sagte anschliessend es sei für uns eine Ausnahme gewesen. Nach drei Nächten (von 15 gebuchten Nächten) haben wir die Wohnung verlassen und meldeten es der Eigentümerin. Sie konnte unsere Kritik absolut nicht verstehen und verleugnete sogar unsere Fotos. Danach hat sie sich nicht mehr zurückgemeldet und auch die restlichen Tage nicht zurück vergütet. Die Kommunikation mit dieser Vermieterin ist sehr schwierig.
