The apartment is furnished with designer furniture and modern art and contemporary paintings. It equipped with air conditioning, internet access, printer, plasma TV, cot sides and potty.

The house facilities were a little old, but the location is great and the terrace is great. It was a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in a great location just off Fondamente Nuove at Ospedale, close to S.Giovanni e Paolo, and so not far from Rialto and/or San Marco, or indeed eastern Castello. There’s a supermarket nearby and a few local places to eat. Upstairs, it IS a bit of a climb, the apartment is a good space with a fantastic large terrace

L'appartement est très bien situé. Et la grande terrasse est très agréable pour le café du matin et l'apéro. Calme, avec air conditionné et Francesca est réactivé et sympathique ! Très bon séjour !

A very rough start to our 29-day stay in Venice due to the host’s failure to properly check us in and leave a working key to the front door. Our first night was very stressful and included being awoken by a stranger in the flat. The main issue was that we felt like intruders from the start. Luckily, Vrbo stepped in and provided assistance to ensure we were not evicted by 5 pm due to the host’s lack of procedural documentation of our stay. The host did not apologize for any issues we had and said that we would have to pay extra for any inconvenience to her. We also had to buy kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies as the flat was not sufficiently stocked, despite saying we did not need housekeeping once a week. The unit does need some upgrades - the fridge is small and taped together, and the shower is tiny with limited hot water. The apartment is nice but somewhat cluttered with bric-a-brac and leftover bits and pieces from previous guests. The AC is insufficient for the unit and buzzes all night. The terrace deck is lovely, though it has a lot of furniture. Overall, we enjoyed the neighbourhood's atmosphere and the nearby shops, but the host’s lack of follow-up and the repeated scheduling of potential maintenance workers made the stay less pleasant. We would recommend other places in Venice, as it is a wonderful place to visit when you are made to feel welcome.
