Situated in Knysna, this charming villa for $362 per night is a great option for your next break. FULL SOLAR ELECTRICITY BACKUP - The BLUE OCEAN VILLA is a modern masterpiece on one of the most prestigious Golf Estates is South Africa – The Pezula Golf Estate - which is located in the coastal town of Knysna, along the beautiful lagoon and the Indian Ocean in the heart of the Garden Route in the Western Province of South Africa. The spacious 300 sqm three bedroom (all ensuite) home has 180 degrees unsurpassed spectacular ocean and golf course views, including down to Pezula`s signature hole number 14 on the cliffs. Because of its privileged location in the estate right on the ridge, the property has full privacy from neighbors and golfers and all you can hear is the soft sound of the Indian Ocean and the birds from the nature reserve. It has a FULL SOLAR ELECTRICITY BACKUP as electricity outages unfortunately are the norm these days. There is also a water filter for the entire house installed. The modern house is built to take advantage of the magnificent landscape and light from every angle, be it a double height all glass foyer to being equipped with large sliding glass doors in all the rooms. From every room in the house, one has the most amazing ocean views, including from the bathtub or shower. The large doors in the living and dining area open up to provide a feeling of being outside. It has a modern European designer kitchen (which is staffed with everything you need) and an open plan living and dining room set up and is perfect for entertaining. Its 5 meter high ceilings in the main living areas provide a feeling of magnificent space and keep it cool in the summer. A gas fireplace completes the experience and caters for some colder nights. The bedrooms are very spacious and equipment with very high quality extra length King size or single beds, and all have en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower and bathtub. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very large, this is also is ideal for 2 couples to travel together as you can both enjoy your master suite with stunning ocean views and a wellness style bathroom. There is also separate TV room with a large LED TV to provide an additional living area without any disturbance, and of course a separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine to keep the main living space nice and quiet. Your cars can be parked in a double garage. It is a self catering villa, so no daily cleaning is provided, but housekeeping can be arranged upon request at additional costs. Just 100 meter from the house also starts the path along the 18thhole to the Golf Clubhouse, 5 star restaurants and Spa, or into the Pezula nature reserve. There is also an absolutely secluded private beach of the Estate via a short hike. The common tennis court and swimming pool is only a 2 minute drive away. The Pezula golf course and its amenities has won several awards and is one of the most spectacular golf courses in South Africa as it combines everything Knysna has to offer. The course is self is challenging and offers a variety of vegetation and views, from nice forest view , to spectacular lagoon views, all the way to endless Indian Ocean views. Overall a magnificent place to relax, while being close to all the attractions and entertainment Knysna has to offer.

House was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 13, 11, and 9), with more than enough room for us to spread out. Loved the extra security being in the gated community. House was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. And the views from every room…wow!! Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them. Oliver and Amelia were fantastic with helping us prepare for our trip and with activity and restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

Great house! Superb views!
The property and house were impeccable. The views overlooking the golf course and ocean were amazing. Our family of four (a 14 year old and 11 year old) are world travelers and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the house. We golfed, bungee jumped, toured the city by car, had beauty treatments, etc...If you are contemplating renting this beautiful home, I highly encourage it! We will absolutely stay here again if we visit in the future. Lastly, the price is unbeatable!

Ein wunderschönes Haus schon eingerichtet in traumhaft schönen Lage mit fantastischen Aussicht.
Es hat auch alles anders sonst gepasst. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt das Haus ist in einer sehr sicheren Anlage ideal zum Golfspielen aber auch so,Knysna und Umgebung zu genießen.
Ich ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Phenomenales Haus
Ein absolutes Traumhaus, der Blick ist einfach unglaublich, von überall im Haus. Die Architektur, das Licht – einfach nur genial. Eine richtige Erholungsoase mit viel Platz, tollen Badezimmern und super bequemen Betten... und immer wieder der unglaubliche Blick mit dem leisen Rauschen des Ozeans wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt! Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist Top, absolut alles da was man braucht.
Die Lage im Golfresort ist perfekt, komplett ruhig und die Golfer sind weit weg und hört man nicht. Auch der Golfplatz ist ein Traum.
Alles von der Buchung bis zum check in/out lief reibungslos. Komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

The house and its location are breathtaking, waking up to those views is really something. Very well-equipped home and a great place to relax, play some golf and explore the Knysna area. In love with South Africa
For one week the Blue Ocean Villa was our fantastic home. The broad villa was a wonderful home for us and our friends. We felt absolutly safe and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is placed like an eagle net on top of the hill with an breathtaking view on the indian ocean. The house is surrounded by the varied golfcourse Pezula - a MUST to play. Nearby we used to visit the little town Knysna with it´s two islands Leisure and Thesen. Nice shops, a sweet waterfront, wonderful restaurants. We are looking forward coming back.

Hope to return and next time stay longer. We only had 3 nights on our garden route tour. So happy we chose this over Plett, Thiesen islands and Bretononsea. No question was just the best place imagineable

Views from everywhere
We rented the house for 1 week and wished we had added few more days. The view is spectacular from all rooms including all 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, sitting room and TV room. The house was well equipped. It had 2 beautiful large master bedrooms with large ensuites and private decks. The 3rd bedroom was also large and had a private ensuite as well. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for a rental and had full range of appliances including an oven, range, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge which we appreciated greatly as we wanted to cook our own meals versus going out. The BBQ was a coal based weber. The place was perfect for indoor and outdoor living with large windows/patio doors that opened into into the outdoor dining room. The house came with an excellent selection of TV channels which we enjoyed watching at night. It was also nice to see the good selection of stem ware - there is nothing worse than drinking your good South African wine out of a small thick glass. There were plenty of utensils, plates, and glassware. If we were to do it again we would rent the house for 10/12 days instead of a week. We were sad to leave.
