*The pool is heated from May 1st to November 1st of the current year.Villa Nina is a holiday house located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvinčenat. The property includes a private swimming pool and a covered terrace with an outdoor seating area.The ground floor consists of a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a sloping ceiling, with a minimum height of 0.80 m and a maximum height of 1.70 m, making it more suitable for children.A separate entertainment room features a pool table, electronic darts, table football, PlayStation 4, a bar and a large LCD TV.The lawn of the neighbouring property includes a badminton/volleyball court and small football goals. The surrounding area offers possibilities for walking and cycling.All guests have unlimited free access to the Medieval Theme Park Sanc Michael, located just 2 km away. The park is ideal for children but also interesting for the whole family, where kids can spend the entire day playing outdoors.For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. A special highlight is the Roman amphitheater in Pula - a magnificent historical landmark and one of the most important symbols of Istria. Distances: post office 3300m, gas station 9800m, restaurant 3300m, shop 3300m, center 3300m, sea 17000m, beach 17000m, airport 32000m.

Everything clean. Nothing was missing. For excursions its a bit outside so you need to use the car. But to sum up the house was for us just perfect.

We booked Villa Nina for a family holiday with our boys age 8 & 10.
We wanted a week to relax and this place was perfect. Situated in a quiet hamlet about 30 minutes from Pula Airport (def need a car) the house was bright and clean with a beautiful outside area.
The kids were thrilled with the mini football pitch, pool table foosball and PlayStation not to mention the slide into the pool.
All that allowed us to relax. We took a trip to Sanc Michael Theme Park - fantastic place for the kids and a great place to let them play safely.
Silvia was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble.
So grateful! We had a brilliant time at Villa Nina 🙂

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Home, stayed as 2 families so 4 Adults, 2 teens and 2 10/11yr old and house was big enough for us all to find our own space when needed. Host met on arrival and showed us around the house, we only needed to query one thing during the stay which they quickly rectified. Nice quiet location and nearby to the beautiful village of Svetvinčenat which besides being well known for its Castle provides local provisions as well as a number of good Restaurants and Café / Bars (and bike hire if desired). Within the Village (500yards) There is a medieval Theme Park which is ideal for Families with kids (even the Teenagers loved it) We went along one evening (we didnt eat there unfortunately as arrived too late) and watched a number of battles between the knights which was very interactive. A Main Towns Such as Rovinj, Pula and Porec are also a 20/30minute drive and also worth a visit. The Location of this home makes it easy and ideal to visit any one of these. As well as nearby Go Karting, Off-road Quad / Buggy, or Zip Wires (if thats also your thing) Will definitely be returning to this part of Croatia again in next few years and would look to stay here again if available
