Nestled in Terrigal, this charming house for $1,193 per night is a great option for your next break. With amazing views of Terrigal beach these 2 original style beach homes are right next to each other overlooking the beautiful Terrigal beach. The can sleep up to 18 guests in there own seperate beds. As kings can split into singles giving 20 seperate beds We can take up to 20guests max of 18 adults. One house is a 3 storey 5 bedroom and the other a 2 storey 6 bedroom. Stay together and enjoy all that Terrigal has to offer. They have a small outdoor path between the homes making each house easy to walk between. Most of the rooms have kings that can split into single beds for groups of singles or management or work retreats. BOND Please note a refundable damage bond of $1000.00 is required on the day of your stay. This can be held on a credit card. ONLINE BOOKINGS Please contact us first before making a booking as its for the 2 homes to make sure both homes are available. We no longer do 1 night on a Friday or Saturday. And checking and out/ in on any day but not a Saturday. Weekend rates. M 1 night stays on a Friday or Saturday are charged at the 2 night rate. This gives you a better idea of room sizes and home layout. ** Please Note...We have some strict rules on noise as we have elderly neighbours. This house is for families and quieter groups only. Please dont book for Parties, Bucks or Boys groups or Hens nights. You will be asked to leave. You will be asked to leave if it gets noisy or we have any complaints at all....We have older neighbours and noise curfews are strict. No noise after 11pm weekends and 10pm weeknights. Both houses are side by side and joined by a small out door path as both kitchens and main areas are on the same level. There are a total of 11 bedrooms all together. House 1 3 storey 5 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds that can split into singles. With 1 sofa bed in downstairs loungeroom. Top level has 2 large rooms, 1 bathroom and large deck with ocean views. Middle level has king bedroom, kitchen, dining, loungeroom with 1 bathroom and extra half bathroom. Large undercover deck with BBQ Lower level has 2 king bedrooms 1 with ensuite, a sperate bathroom with laundry facilities and large loungeroom with sofa bed. Parking for up to 4 cars. House 2 6 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. Entry level has Kitchen, dining , loungeroom ,undercover deck with amazing views. Bathroom and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds that split into singles and 1 queen bedroom. Lower level has Loungeroom large undercover deck 3 bedrroms 1 king with ensuite.1 queen and a small room with 1 single bed. there are also another 2 bathrooms on this level 1 having laundry facilities. Parking for up to another 4 cars Rates.. Please note this is 1 price for the 2 houses. Easter is 4 nights minimum Long weekends are 3 nights minimum and school holidays and public holidays rates are subject to changes. Xmas and new years week are minimum 7 nights stay.

The perfect place to book for a large family or group of friends attending an event near by such as ours attending a wedding at Cantara House. A great location and we had a fabulous family bare foot bowls day at the local bowling club as well - shops, club and cafe's all within walking distance

This was a great property for a large group. The rooms are spacious very comfy beds and great views Close to town centre and an enjoyable yum cha at the owners restaurant!! The only negative was the parking. Very steep but we managed to get 6 cars in both driveways. Would definitely stay here again

The two houses were so clean,big and comfy and they had many big rooms, with such beautiful view of balconies. And it provided everything for us such as towels, shampos, toilet papers and snacks. The agent is so friendly and me lt us on time. We loved it! And we r looking forward coming again.

Four families meeting in once awesome location. Room for everyone to have their own space, easy access to the beautiful beaches and cafes of Terrigal. The facilities in the houses were exceptional.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here with our extended family in both houses. Was a bit tricky getting Nan in and out of the house with her walker due to the stairs but we managed.

We recently returned from a weekend at Terrigal. Micah was a very responsive host and this place was one of the very few places that could accommodate our large extended family of 18 people. Beds and the supplied linen were all fabulous. I have given this place an A- rating as there were a few little items that were overlooked that could have resulted in an A+ rating: Apart from that we had a great stay. Suggestions to Micah for these little improvements: - dishwasher detergent supplied in both residences - washing up implements plus dish clothes in both residences - clothes washing powder in both residences - bbqs checked for cleanliness and gas supply. Thank you.

We were a group of 20 up from Sydney for a family wedding was wonderful to be able to celebrate together plenty of rooms with extra bathrooms for everyone to get ready very comfortable beds beautiful linen but no yard for small children to play in on a steep block and no street parking and entry down a few stairs but overall really enjoyed being able to have two properties side by side to access each other

Really nice houses We stayed for 2 nights with 19 people ranging in age from 14-70 Plenty of room and close to terrigal centre although it’s a steep walk Micah was excellent Easy to talk to and had the houses ready to go even though we arrived a bit early Lovely little piece of our awesome coast line and would recommend to large groups Plenty of beds and bathrooms
