I was impressed with all the utensils supplied. Cabinets were well stocked with dishes, plates, and cups. This not always the case.

The bath tub was dirty, the bath mat had black mold on it and was slimmy. It stormed the first night we was there and water came in thru the windows and roof. Soaking a couch that turns into a bed leaving two peopke to sleep on the floor

We stayed at this property while a large group of our friends and family stayed at Jellystone right next to the resort. We were able to have our own cabin with plenty of room as well as spend a lot of time with our friends and family during the day!

Nice area, supplied what was needed however the floors were so dirty they made your feet black after about 30 mins of walking on it.

The cabin was great for my family. The floor could have been cleaner but besides that it was a great place to stay!

The cabin provided plenty of room for eight adults. Easy check in, close to UTY trails, and right of interstate. We enjoyed our weekend!

Was a very nice place but if it was during the busy season you really only have spots to park two vehicles. Parking could be an issue if you have 4 vehicles like we did!

We had an enjoyable stay here with family. After Three Bears cancelled our reservation due to contractors being behind on renovations to their villas we found this place. Had 5 adults and 5 kids 3-8 who loved spending time up in the loft and slept up there. Very close to Three Bears resort and while we did end up driving over to the water park could have easily walked. The maintenance manager Kathi was very responsive when we contacted her after incorrectly thinking we locked ourselves out of the cabin with key inside. Only negative I can think of is that the floors on main level were a little bit dirty when we arrived.

We were bummed when Three Bears was sold out of villas and I was lucky enough to find this VRBO and it was the same as the villas! Worked out great, ample parking space, clean cabin, I just wish it came with waterpark wristbands

Very quiet location with a nice view. Cabin was very clean and neat. Parking was a little tight with 2 full size trucks with the neighbors and their two big full-size trucks, but really not a problem. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for the family to gather for the funeral of a much loved person. It was nice to be able to gather, reminisce and mourn together in this lovely space.

The cabin was clean, well stocked, and had an amazing view. My only issue was not having the correct address on my email from vrbo so it was hard to find the right cabin. Thankfully that owner responded to text in timely manner

A little lack of communication, was told when we got there the cabin wasn't cleaned yet. Come to find out it had been cleaned so everything turned out just fine!

The cabin was clean and mainly as advertised. The wifi password did not work. This was a very minor thing, though. We will note that the grill was charcoal (rather than gas, but they included coal which was nice.) we did have to buy wood for the fire pit.. plenty of linens. Kitchen nicely stocked. I do think they could use more (nicer) outdoor seating for cabin meant for a large group. We found a couple folding chairs but I do think the quality and

Overall, this was a nice stay. The cabin is not perfect, but the minor issues weren't deal breakers in our book. Biggest issue was that there is no door to the bedroom upstairs (its really a loft area) and all 3 families that came had infant children which made it tricky to keep quiet and dark. Also, the beds were VERY loud/squeaky with every movement which woke up babies as well. The 2 rooms downstairs barely fit pack and plays, but we made it work. The cabin is down a flight of stairs that could use some TLC (fine for older kids but screws and little bottoms still learning to use stairs was questionable). The view from the porch was gorgeous! Again, beware with little kids that it is on a steep hillside. There was plenty of room to play and have a fire. The admission to Jellystone on a Friday was thirtyfive bucks and 3 Bears was twentyfive bucks on Saturday. The emailed WIFI password was incorrect, but the right one was noted in the cabin. Glad we went!
