I was very well welcomed by absolutely wonderful staff. The guy who checked me in took care if my bag, as I was early, so when I got back, it was already in my room.
The girls who made me a cocktail on the night tine were absolutely wonderful! Such lovely people. One of them gave me some chocolate and a hug when I checked out. So kind!!
The roon was clean and tidy, bed was confortable and the shower was lovely!
Absolutely zero complaints. The location is spot on, quiet. And accessible by bus or uber is cheap.
I had the best time and will absolutely stay again. Cant wait to visit next. Thank you!

I stayed here several times and every time it's a very nice experience. Great location, close to underground, groceries and restaurants nearby, one downstairs where you can have a breakfast. Always clean and cozy. All you need to take a rest after a busy day.

The location is very convenient, a 5 minute walk from the metro, which in Warsaw is excellent. The rooms are neat and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant, Wołna Europa, is quite nice as well.
I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, but that is due to a bad back, and less a deficiency of the hotel.

it’s clean, the bathroom is really nice and beds are comfortable; they provided water bottles and cookies as well as iron
the location is fine, 15 min to Manto Cafe, but quite far from the city center; no lift
