Situated in Island Park, this charming cabin for $685 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Sportsman Cabin is a great place to rest and relax after a day filled with outdoor recreational activity! Only 15 miles from West Yellowstone and 5 miles from Henry's Lake. Plenty of year round opportunities to enjoy all the beauty that surrounds this area. Summertime is rich with hiking, fishing, horseback riding and interesting sights to see! Wintertime is one of the best places in the country for snowmobiling on Two Top, snowshoeing, skiing and ice fishing! So many activities, only minutes away. When it's time to relax, your "home" away from home has everything you will need! The upper level combines your living room, dining room and kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone to gather together, visit, play games, watch TV, prepare a meal and share a meal! The kitchen is fully stocked! The open floor plan creates an atmosphere where everyone can feel a part of whatever is going on! Relax by the fireplace as the Buffalo keeps an eye on everyone! Or simply look out the many windows and enjoy the ambience of friends and family connecting. The second level offers small seating areas for individual reflection or more private conversations. It also includes a bathroom, with a shower. Two bedrooms that sleep 4 in each room ( two queen size beds in each room). The lower level has two large rooms. The first room as you come down the stairs has a queen size bed, bunk bed and a TV. There's a vanity and sink in the room and toilet and tub just outside of it. The second room has 2 queen beds and 4 twin size and a TV. Same set up for the bathroom. There is a back door on this level. Out on the deck enjoy listening to the birds, watching the sunset and of course you can do all that from the hot tub! Or maybe give your main cook a break from the kitchen and cook something out on the grill! There's so much to see and do here! We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible!

The cabin was very spacious and well located for all of our hikes in the area. The owners and property managers responded quickly to any concerns we had. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking.

There is a total of 16 who stayed in this great House/Lodge. We ranged in age from 18 months to 67 years. Adult couples, teenagers, youth and children. As luck would have it, it rained every day that we were there. We weren't able to participate in any of the water sports we had planned for. Yet we all had a great time, in part to the amenities of Sportsmans Cabin. The hot tub was a lifesaver for all. We all, kids and adults, used the hot tub every day. The close proximity to other attractions, Yellowstone, West Yellowstone, Quake Lake and Mesa Falls to name a few, made our stay very enjoyable. Our hosts were VERY accommodating. They were easy to contact and seemed to truly be interested in our having a good stay. All of our family members are asking "when can we come back here to stay?"

We stayed at the Sportsman Cabin for 4 nights with 3 of our adult children, their spouses and 6 grandchildren (14 total). The place is larger than it looks. Each family had their own room. The upstairs area was a great place to eat meals and to visit. There were 3 refrigerators which made it convenient for storing our food. The kitchen is well stocked with the things you would need for fixing meals and eating at the large table. The barbeque worked well for us. The grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. The location is about 21 miles from West Yellowstone and not far from the main road. There is a gas station and new grocery store nearby. There was ample parking for our 4 vehicles in front. We had an enjoyable time and are grateful we could stay at this cabin.

The house was in great shape, furnishings were comfortable and parking was ample. The pool table was damaged when we arrived, one bumper was loose and the felt had multiple tears in it, but it didn’t stop us from playing. Didn’t get to do as much as anticipated outdoors, but that was nobody’s fault so we spent plenty of time at the property. Overall it’s a great place for a guys getaway or even a smaller family reunion.

We love staying here. It's in a very convenient location and we always enjoy our stay. Some in our party thought some beds were too hard or too soft but I thought my bed was perfect, so just pick your bed based on your preference. The hot tub stayed clean with their cleaning protocol (super easy) and the on site washer & dryer made it easy to clean our laundry and keep fresh towels available. We'll be back.

10 of us stayed there on a snowmobile trip. The place was great and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating and room. The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the pool table, it’s seen better days. Will stay here again!

We had a great time while staying in Island Park at this wonderful cabin !! Would highly recommend it to anyone!! We had 8 adult family members stay the whole weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our time together!!! This cabin is a great home away from home and is well worth the price you pay !! Thanks so much for your great hospitality!!! We will definitely keep this cabin in mind next time we head your way !!

My family love the house especially the big upstairs room with the living space and kitchen. They enjoyed the pool table. The only thing is that there’s no bathroom on the top level where we spent majority of our time. Overall, it’s a great house. Will rent again if come that way again.

Lori's place was amazing. There were 8 adults and 3 kids in our party and we still had a room to fit more people. There are no baby gates so if you have small children be aware there are a lot of stairs in the place. Other things is checkout list is a little extensive such as doing wash, washing and putting away all dishes and stripping beds for also having to pay a cleaning fee. Be sure you read it when you arrive to make sure you do all the things they request when you depart. Overall 5 stars

Communication with owners was prompt. Spacious and completely stocked with everything you’ll need and I mean everything. Beautiful location for trails with plenty of space for parking. Beds were comfortable not one person complained about there sleeping arrangements. Loved the whole experience!

We had 11 adults that stayed for a week to ride snowmobile. The cabin is in an excellent location for access to the trails. The cabin worked great for us as we make most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The large table and bar had plenty of seating. The large living area had plenty of room for the entire group to solve the world problems. The hot tub was a hit for the aches and pains. It was a very good stay.

The adults loved the pool table and hot tub and the rustic feel of the cabin. The living room and kitchen area had plenty of room for everyone to eat, play pool, play games, or just hang out. There is a small sledding hill right next to the cabin that the grandkids enjoyed and not too much traffic on the road so we could pull them on the sleds. Lori was very propmt with her response to any questions or concerns.

The Cabin was just as described, It had a nice rustic feel while still having all of the modern conveniences. There was room for our large extended family. We especially enjoyed the large living area off the kitchen, as it provided a great place for us all together and have several activities going on at once. Unfortunately the garbage dumpster could not hold the garbage that our large group made in two days, so we had to haul some of it out ourselves. There was a mouse in the cabin, but that’s to be expected out in the wilderness in the winter time. The parking area was not plowed for us after the big snow, one car got stuck, but it wasn’t too treacherous for the four-wheel-drive vehicles. The property is beautiful, and the grand children enjoyed sledding around near the house. This is a three-story cabin, The bedrooms are on the second level and basement. It was nice to be able to do all the family activities on one floor, and allow sleeping babies and toddlers to be away from the noise. We really enjoyed our stay! And would definitely consider returning!
