We were a group of 5 and a dog and the house was so spacious that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other. But also had a great table and living area where we could hang out and enjoy each others company. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all we needed. And the host answered any questions I had very quickly. I highly recommend this home!!

So much space! We had 3 couples and a single. It was more than enough space. Great views from the rooftop hot tub as well

This was our 3rd time staying here. It’s always a perfect house with a great location, spacious bedrooms and great outdoor spaces. Hoping to make it a 4th time sometime soon

Beautiful property on commercial street. Plenty of space inside and out. Perfect location in the quiet part of town.

We completely enjoyed our stay here, and will plan to come back again. The home is large, very comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, and the rooftop hot tub was a favorite treat every day. It was an easy walk to shopping, parks, views and more, and so well situated in the best part of Ptown. We loved it all…

This was a special vacation with special friends in a most spectacular place. Siren's Cove was everything the description noted. It had everything you could think of (or didn't think of to bring). It was about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of town with plenty of restaurants and shops enroute. The hot tub on the roof was large and very clean and had the best view of the harbour. But be aware, it takes two people to remove the cover. The beds were comfortable with clean fresh linens and the rooms were large. The kitchen was totally equipped with everything you could possibly need even though we spent most of our time eating out on the town. We loved the place and enjoyed the neighbors....would stay here again.

This was our second time at Siren's Cove with Jonathan. And as I said in my first review: it is a FANTASTIC home. Plenty of space, gorgeously appointed and the hot tub is such an added bonus. Highly recommend it. Jonathan is fast to reply on any of the requests we had (which were few) and always flexible. This is such a hidden gem and I've never had a house this gorgeous in PTown. We will be headed back for a third time!

You won't find another place just like this one. From the immaculate gardens to the spacious bedrooms, the outdoor shower and grilling patio, the full-service kitchen, all the way to the rooftop hot tub looking out over Ptown harbor - this place has it all. The neighbors are wonderfully friendly. The neighborhood is the best in Ptown - convenient to town and to the beaches, but totally quiet when you want to relax. All the modern amenities - big TV with streaming services, beautiful oven, washer/dryer, lovely bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Fire pit with big Adirondacks out front. Honestly I could go on and on but if you have a big group or just want to splurge on some extra space, it doesn't get better than this.
PS - we had friends with two under-5 kids and they had a terrific time as well. There's one bunk bed and lots of space to spread out, so the kids could nap or sleep or cry and everyone else could keep relaxing! ;)

We had a lovely time in this gorgeous property! Extremely well maintained, basically on the beach, and walking distance from downtown ptown. the fire pit and hot tub are definitely huge perks. The only downside is we would have appreciated slightly more time to check out in the morning since laundering the towels was a requirement but otherwise host was extremely friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay in this charming condo! Close enough to town to enjoy all Provincetown has to offer, yet out of the hustle and bustle enough for quiet relaxation. And the view from the hot tub was the highlight of our trip!

The house is gorgeous and has plenty of space. It is about a 20 min walk to the heart of town but we didn't mind at all. We enjoyed the exercise. It is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to a beach.

This house was in a wonderful location for me and my family. Loved the proximity to the beach and town!
The house was pretty much as pictured and was a very nice property. My one issue was that the bath towels were very old and smelled of mildew. I informed the owner and he was responsive. Other miss was that the owner over communicated in regards to ensuring check in and check out instructions were known. Many time in the binder it states “this is not a hotel” and I understand that, however it becomes a bit unwelcoming to be reminded like 5 years old. Instructions are to wash your own towels before you leave!!? I’m sorry - I really am supposed to trust that some stranger washed the towels correctly before me - GROSS!! No wonder they smelled.
Great place to stay - bring your own towels though and be sure to note : Not a hotel!!

This was my second time renting this property a few years apart. It’s still beautiful and well kept. Check-in was easy and the property manager was communicative.

This rental property is wonderful. The house is beautiful, comfortable and is perfectly located. It’s a short walk into town but removed enough to be quiet in the evening. The gardens are gorgeous and the entire property (inside and outside) is kept up very well. Jonathan was very communicative and gracious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our group of eight adults (38-50) stayed for a long weekend and it was fantastic. The property is beautiful from the parking area all the way up to the rooftop hot tub. The location is ideal, an easy 10 minute walk to the heart of the town. There was plenty of room for us to get together on the first floor and outdoors but if we wanted to spread out, the bedrooms are all separated nicely. The rooftop hot tub was an amazing way to end the evenings. The owners and property manager were friendly, easy to reach and very responsive leading up to our stay and check in was quick and easy. Luckily we had no issues or reasons to reach out during our stay but I’m confident that if we did, they would have been right on top of it. One thing I feel is necessary to point out is how immaculately clean the unit was. As the owner of a cleaning company, I tend to notice the small details and there was nothing that the cleaning crew missed. I’ve stayed at A LOT of short term rentals and this was easily and by far the cleanest I’ve ever been to. It was a wonderful stay overall, I would recommend it as well as book again.

This was a great house and has plenty of space for a big family. One of the better rental houses in P-Town.

We really enjoyed this house and being on the Cape in the off-season. The proximity to Dog Beach was perfect. We walked to town every day at least once, enjoying the restaurants and shops. The nearby bike path was also lovely., as was the hot tub on the roof! The owners were easy to work with and responded promptly to our questions. They even texted midweek to make sure all was well!

Sirens Cove is a beautifully furnished and equipped home. We came for my son's birthday celebration and were totally happy (loved the 3 sinks in the kitchen !) The rooftop hot tub was fabulous (especially in the surprise snowstorm) and the fireplaces provided a cozy atmosphere. Loved staying in this very convenient location and would highly recommend it ! The communication with the owner was a bit difficult, perhaps I was using the wrong thread, but would have loved to receive the check-in info earlier than the night before we were leaving. All in all it was GREAT though !

This property is even better in person than in the photos. Lots of open living space for our small group of friends, well stocked kitchen for cooking at home, and lovely amenities (two fireplaces, wireless speakers, hot tub). Very highly recommend this property especially for small groups of friends of families!
