Situated in Hilton Head Island, this charming villa for $313 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful 2 story, 2nd & 3rd floor end unit villa with a spectacular view of the lagoon and pool from every room is ready to let you enjoy all of what Hilton Head Island has to offer. Our unit is one of the largest rental villas on Hilton Head Island. The first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Our dining and living areas open out to the deck/balcony overlooking the lagoon and pool. The deck provides your exclusive access to the community pool. The living area boasts comfortable seating, dinning table for 8, a TV and DVD player and a powder room. There is wireless and wired (if needed) access to the Internet. At the front of the unit a large bedroom with 2 double beds, large walk in closet, ample drawer space and a full bath. Upstairs our spacious villa offers a master bedroom with a king bed, 2 spacious closets and full bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, spacious walk-in closet and full bath. Outside our villa is a locked storage unit where you can store your bikes, beach gear or golf clubs. Any items in the storage unit are also available for your use. The pool area features a large sun deck with a separate pool for the toddlers. Off street parking with no thru traffic. Located next to SeaPines Plantation and Harbour Town. The property was clean and the location was great. The problems that we experienced was with all of the bugs inside the condo. The first problem was ants in the kitchen when I arrived. There was bug spray in the cabinet so that was solved. I notified the owner of this problem my first night. During my 3 night stay the bug problem begin with a tick on the bedroom wall, then a spider on my pillow, a water bug on the floor, and the most upsetting to me was the lizard in the shower. I notified the owner the last night of my stay about the problems with all the bugs. The owner apologized and stated that the bug problem wasn't normal, but didn't offer to compensate me for my inconvenience in any way, so I asked him by text and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I feel this wasn't good customer service. No one should have this many problems with bugs in their living space while trying to enjoy themselves on vacation.

This property was even better than described. From our balcony, overlooking the pool and courtyard, you would never know you were in a busy tourist area. Very peaceful! And the villa was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our 4 person family. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Big bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, great A/C, Full size washer and dryer, large kitchen with a lot of countertop. Note: stairs to get to front door that is on second floor and more stairs on inside to get to third floor bedroom we are almost 60 years old it was a workout for us. So just keep that in mind if you are not in good health. However, it was the best price for the size, condition, location.

This was honestly just a gem of a home. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything that we needed to cook with. It was also had plenty of counter top space. The host communicated everything clearly and we had such a blast on our vacation thanks to this beautiful home. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and letting us make such precious memories with our children.

Very nice condo. This is a great location for the Forest Beach/Coligny area. Pretty much anything you could want is within walking distance, the beach is less than 10 minutes. The condo offers plenty of room, the pool is nice and very nearby. We really enjoyed our time and would return on a future visit.

This property is in a sweet spot near everything you need! It fit all 8 of us in our party very well. My girls loved that we could look out the big window in the living room to watch the turtles!

We really enjoyed our stay, although I thought from the reviews it was closer to be beach, but not with a toddler, even on a stroller. Also back steps to pool were a little scary for a 60 something like me, but overall it was a very pleasant stay for a long weekend.

Fantastic property! We had 7 people in our party and this condo was all the room we needed to be comfortable. All of us thought the beds were very comfortable! Even though it's not far from the beach, we thought it best to drive having a senior and a 5 year old, cooler, chairs and beach bags. Over all a great place to stay!!! The pictures are very accurate.

The pool was great and the kids had fun playing in it each day. The beach was crowded but not too far away once we found the free parking area. Evenings were less crowded than other times. Bike rental was affordable and nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at Springwood. There were 8 of us and we loved having 3.5 baths. Once we figured out the door in parking lot it was a short walk to the beach. The storage shed was perfect for our beach needs. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Also, a couple more garbage bags since it is such a large condo. Overall we would stay again! Thank you.

This condo was clean, spacious, in a great location, and had a well-equipped kitchen. There were four adults and two kids in our group, and we had plenty of room. It’s about a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the beach. There is a storage closet available that has beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is a pool on-site, which my kiddos loved in the evenings. The condo’s kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals ourselves. We were about 1 or 2 miles from a grocery store. We were also walking distance to a (free) trolley stop, so we used that to get a few places when we didn’t feel like driving. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location close to beach, pool access was great & owners checked on us, response was amazing to small issue we had they got fixed and we had great vacation. Family had a great vacation in the villa was clean and spacious. The owners provide several helpful items for beach as well!
