Situated in Ocean View, this lovely house for $241 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. NEW FOR 2024: WALK-IN MASTER SHOWER. Welcome to your beach, golf and tax-free shopping retreat! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the golf and tennis community of Bear Trap Dunes, this bright and very clean 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home is great for families, couples and avid golfers. This is a large, two-level home (1,700 sq ft), offering plenty of room for everyone to have their own space after a day of fun together! The first floor of this well-decorated home has a private master bedroom suite with a queen bed, large living and dining areas with cathedral ceilings that make it feel even bigger than it is, a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you can think of, a powder room and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. It has central air, fans in each room and front shutters. In the back, there's a screened-in sitting area and an outdoor deck with a patio table and chairs and a large gas grill, as well as a garage filled with beach chairs, boogie boards and other kid-friendly amenities. Just a few steps away is a great, enclosed playground -- large enough for a good time and small enough not to allow for a lot of noise. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with two double beds and a window bed that kids just love. The two bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a private shower and two sinks. There are flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and a large screen Smart TV in the living room -- all with cable TV service -- as well as WiFi, DVD players, books, games and lots of kid movies. Streaming services are available on the TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Our home is just a block away from beach shuttle # 7. Other available amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor pool, an indoor poor with a Jacuzzi and sauna, tennis and pickle-ball courts, a basketball court, and 27 holes of golf, a driving range and golf practice areas. Whether you're golfing at Bear Trap Dunes or other top courses in the area, shopping at the Rehoboth Beach outlets, antiquing or enjoying the beach, you'll come back home to a relaxing and peaceful retreat that’s just like home – enjoy! Sleeps 8. Charges: Rental period, 5% tax, mandatory damage insurance, and 4% reservation processing fee. Bear Trap activity passes are required for use of fitness center, pools, tennis courts and shuttle bus. Activity passes may be purchased at the Bear Trap Dunes pavilion by showing your rental agreement. Fees are $55 per week from May 16-September 30 and $40 per week at other times. Golf greens fees and range costs are separate. Town rules limit street parking to three cars, in addition the driveway parking spot. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm. Checkout time is 10 am. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. Please also note that you must be 25 years of age to rent; we do not accept beach week/graduation week rentals.

We really enjoyed the community amenities. The fees are actually $55/person now not $50 as listed. The property could use a deep cleaning but it is the end of the summer so that may be why. Overall, the beds were comfy (the couches not as much, and they are small). The house had everything you needed plus more for a great stay. We loved all the beach & pool supplies and bikes in the garage. Would recommend!

Home is as described. Location is nice. Decor is beachy artsy, and the cleanliness was above and beyond anything I’ve ever rented before, which I greatly appreciate. It would be a five star for me however, the queen bed in the master bedroom is small , a king would be nice and a bed that didn’t shake every time someone moved. Husband’s back was soar from the soft mattress. But it was comfortable for me. Would rent again because there are several beds in this house.

This is a very nice, comfortable beach house. It is very well equipped - we lacked for nothing in terms of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We were 1 large teenager and 5 adults and all found the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend to others contemplating a stay. The only slight down side is one is not really within walking distance of anything in this location. But other than that, great.

Very nice property. Clean and very short drive to the beach. The Village has a nice pool with shaded areas which is nice for the kids. The property was very open and had beach chairs and toys for use as well as bikes to cruise the neighborhood. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time and loved the property! It was super clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. We had a friend’s birthday party Saturday night at the Bethany boardwalk and decided to make a long weekend out of it and so glad we did! We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a relaxing week at this property just outside Bethany Beach. This community is the place to be if you have kids. Between the indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, and more, there is always something to do. Plus, you’re only a short (under 10 minute) drive to the beach. Great house that was well-kept and the perfect place to vacation.

I had a few questions prior to checking in. The owner promptly replied and answered everything I needed to know. The house was beautifully decorated and was stocked with every kitchen gadget I could think of. The deck and sunroom were my families favorite place to hang out with the weather being so nice during the stay. It’s a very quiet walkable neighborhood and the Club Amenities were nice as well (we swam and used the playground almost daily). We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we had so much space to spread out. The house was well stocked with games, books, and everything that is needed for a day out at the beach. Thank you for offering your home…we had a wonderful week.

We often rent properties for a Summer vacation at the beach. Many if the properties boast about being well equipped in the kitchen. I cook the majority of our meals and have become accustomed to bringing along a pot filled with utensils, because most properties are not well equipped at all. This property was very well equipped. I could have left my extras at home. The house was beautiful, and we were very comfortable. Thank you for a great week

The property was beautiful. The house was stocked with everything you could need including books, DVDs, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was close to the center of Bethany Beach and convenient to restaurants and stores. It was very clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our stay.
