Located in Martinborough, this charming house for $333 per night is a great option for your next break. This gorgeous architecturally designed modern house is positioned to maximize the sun and as well as to enjoy the amazing views of the vineyard and the Tararua ranges. There are four outdoor sitting areas three vineyard facing and one a windless courtyard which has outdoor dining and bbq. The large garden is perfect for the family to run around and play. There is also a Petanque court. There is access to walk around the adjacent vineyard which can be enjoyed on the weekends and restricted hours during the week days. The kitchen is well stocked should you wish to use it or there are many fabulous eating and drinking options in and around Martinborough for those who like walking or biking or simply going for a game of golf again there are plenty of places to go. There is an outdoor pool close by during summer months as well as a dog walk park which is available for giving your dog a run. The house is warm there is a heatpump as well as a log burner and extra heaters if needed during the winter. We do have concrete floors throughout the house. The house is located in a semi rural part of town and is a 15 mins walk or 7 min bike ride into the centre of Martinborough All the bedrooms and living areas have spectacular views of the Tararuas and adjacent Vineyard There are three queens sized bed bedrooms and two bathrooms one ensuite and one shared there is also a separate WC The garage is available to use where you can use pool table, bikes, xbox, book swap. The house does have sky sport should you want to catch up on any of the sport. Other wise just kick back and follow the sun around and enjoy a glass of wine from one of the many vineyards nearby or a craft beer or gin. Wifi and Sky Sport available This property is perfect for a couples weekend away or for a family you may bring your dog (non shedding). Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the property and no parties or events of any kind to be held at the house. Pets allowed with prior approval. Non hair shedding dogs and dogs are not to sleep on the beds. Extra cleaning costs may apply The Outdoor fire is available when there is not a fire ban or blowing a gale. Absolutely no events to be held at this property.

House is just beautiful and we loved all the touches, incredible bed linen and fluffy towels and robes. Was bonestly like staying in a hotel. Photos really dont do this property justice. Amazing location and we just loved our stay. Cannot recommend this property more!!!! 10/10.

I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for accuracy of listing as a don't think the photos do this place justice. It was a lot better than I was expecting. Very well kitted out, had everything we needed. Loads of space! Just excellent!

Despite the wet and cold weather, the heat pump and log burner kept us warm. Unfortunately not able to enjoy what looked like a very nice outdoor area with open fire. Kitchen very well equipped, the host easy to deal with and, all in all, a very nice stay.

This is a lovely holiday home! Modern, spotlessly clean, warm and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing break away. The view is amazing. The beds are comfortable and warm. The games room has plenty to keep the kids entertained. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure guests have a lovely stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay .A stunning location very cosy for a winter break.The added bonus our fur kids could come on holiday as well made it even more perfect. Lovely weekend spent sitting by the fire and walking the dog. The house is very well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable weekend. The owners need to do a cleaning check though - the toilets were a bit of a shocker. The whole place could do with a refresh but you can’t beat the location and size. Great place but getting tired.

The house was a perfect size for 3 couples who wanted a getaway from the busy life of the city to tranquility of a wine village. The house is setup on a scenic vineyard overlooking the Tararua ranges. The kitchen pantry was full stocked made it easy for us to cook a BBQ and branch. Amanda was excellent at communicating with me. In all, we had a great experience. Go and try it yourself!

We loved our stay in this property. It was spacious, had everything we needed and the outdoor areas are well thought out including the views over the vineyard and to the Tararua ranges. The beds and bedding were great quality and it was cold a couple of the days so was lovely having nice good quality duvets to keep us warm. A great place to relax and unwind in and the kitchen is well stocked and lovely to cook in. I will definitely be booking again.

We book in a rush of a moment in a very sad moment of our life - our beloved dog was killed in a freak accident. We just can't stay in our own house where everything still reminds us of our loss. Amanda was so understanding and helpful. House was in spotless condition, everything is working, and the entire feeling of tranquility, the rain over vineyard, spa under stars, Woodburner .... it's really soothing pain of loss and helps to start to rebuild ourselves. The outlook over the vines was beautiful. The house was spacious with good amenities. The walk into the town centre was an easy 15-20 minutes. There is a heat pump and wood fire which were great at warming up the house except we didn’t realise the heat pump had a timer so the air got very cold overnight!
