Be close to everything including shopping and restaurants, but still in quiet safe neighborhood. Private yard with nice deck for relaxing. Home has been furnished for comfort and convenience and just completely remodeled fresh paint and new flooring throughout. Large master bath with jetted tub and separate walk in shower with bench. 2 full baths, 1 King bed, 1 Queen, 1 full, one twin Daybed all set up with your comfort in mind. Can comfortably sleep 8. We welcome corporate travelers as well as leisure. With just a 2 night min stay great for weekend football game stays . Short notice may not be a problem if the house if available just contact us and lets work something out. Eat in fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances & everything you need to cook. Sometimes its the little things... cooking spices & condiments on hand, a community chest for HBA things you may have forgotten, extra charging cords, Sleep sound machines, Google home so you can ask it to set the thermostat from bed or play your favorite music, steaming on demand shows from Netflix, Amazon & a huge DVD library, Board & card games even path lights throughout the house that are motion activated. We welcome corporate travelers as well as leisure. Great for weekend football game stays as well family get togethers. We like to be able to offer something you can not get at hotels so if this is a special occasion happy to help with extra details if needed just contact us and let us deliver that unique experience.

Very clean, well -appointed home close to ASU. Driving into the center of town was very quick. Highly recommend this as a nice homey place to stay when in the area. Roomy bedrooms and baths. Nice backyard area also.

My husband and I came together visit our son who is a grad student at ASU. I wanted enough space so he could stay with us, a safe location and a kitchen so I could cook for him. This was all of that and then some. Owners were very responsive and ensured we were well taken care of. Thank you Jory.

We went out to Jonesboro to attend our daughter-in-law's graduation from ASU. We were traveling with my other son and daughter-in-law along with our 4 year old grandson and needed a place to stay for the week. The property was clean and comfortable. Our experience with the owner was great. We cooked on the Blackstone and hung out together on the deck.

We engined our stay! There was space for everyone. A wonderful open space to visit and enjoy each other. Kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return to this property in the spring of 2024 for our daughter’s match day and graduation!!

This was as advertised. The communication with the host was easy and the property is what is listed. We did not cook or really utilize the kitchen so I cannot comment on it. Coffee and simple snacks were available though. They put plenty of thought on making one comfortable and entertained. The check out list was easy and simple as well. We were not expected to do anything that was exorbitant. (We have had to basically clean units before.). If you are needing something close to NEA Hospital or the college, this will be perfect.

The home was nice and clean. It was very comfortable and homey. The sound machines are great. The front bedroom we could hear traffic. But the sound machine blocked it out. The front bedroom could use a curtain to block out brightness early in the morning. Beds are comfortable. It had a lot of supplies and things if you forgot anything. The XBox 360 was not working. It disappointed my grandson. It could use a shoe rack since you are asked to not wear shoes in the house. We were told ahead of time the garage door was not working, so we parked outside, it was raining a lot. The town has a neat Museum at the college. This was a very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s a beautiful upgraded home near several college campuses. Lots of great activities and restaurants nearby. It has a huge backyard with a beautiful deck and plenty of seating and covered by shade trees. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet I would definitely return for a stay in the future.

This property was perfect for me and my family to stay for my cousins graduation. The house was easy to find and was in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and very nice. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and all of the pretty flowers. Would stay here again!
