About this condo rental
Situated in Poipu, this attractive condo for $438 per night is a great option for your next trip. Visit our remodeled ocean front get-away. The unit has been remodeled from top to bottom, from ceiling to floor. The master bedroom features a California King bed, night stands with reading lights, built-in cabinets for clothing storage, granite countertop, ceiling fan, 24” flat screen TV and closet with pocket door. Twin pocket doors open toward the hall and bathroom which gives an open and airy feel. The pass through to the kitchen allows you to see the Ocean from the bedroom. Shutters can be drawn between the kitchen and bedroom for privacy. The new bathroom has been divided between the sink area and the toilet/shower room. The vessel basin is set in the granite countertop. The travertine new shower is oversized and has one fixed shower and one hand-held shower. The kitchen features a large granite island with cook-top and oven. New cabinets with granite counter tops leave plenty of counter space for food preparation. Clean-up is a synch with the double bowl sink, pull out faucet and stainless dishwasher. The kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, glasses, dishes and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Store your food in the refrigerator which has an automatic ice maker and inside the door glass filler. Choose to eat meals at the counter or at the dining table which seats four while you watch the waves roll in. When you are done eating, relax on the queen sleeper sofa or sit in the oversized chair and catch the game or news on the 60” flat screen TV. Mirrors on the living room walls allow you to expand your view from almost anywhere in the room. The toy closet has beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, a rolling cooler (check the freezer for the ice packs) and boogie boards. The iron and ironing board also hang out here. The property sits in front of a nice beach view. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset and the sound of the waves.
The condo is super clean, spacious, and it has everything that you will need. The location is close to restaurants, shops, but very private.
Bob, the owner, was very accomodating and communicative.
Overall, we had such a wonderdul and amazing experience. We will forever cherish our time at this location.

This place is exactly as the pix show! It is lovely! The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of items - including ziplocks!!!

Beautiful remodeled condo with almost everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to see the ocean from the bedroom, and hearing the waves at night to lull us to sleep. And beautiful sunrises each morning from the lanai. Really appreciated the air conditioning when we needed it too. We mistakenly thought that there was a washer & dryer in the room, but found out when we got there that there is a community laundry room on the 2nd floor to pay for use. Will pack more clothes next time so no need to do laundry. Looking forward to staying here again in the future, Mahalo!

Excellent location overlooking a beautiful cove that always has sea turtles. The sound of the waves are great for a restful sleep. Wonderful ocean sunsets on the back lawn. Numerous great restaurants within minutes of the property. Perfect for a couple visiting the Garden Isle.

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, beautiful beaches steps away. Watched Honu and Hawaiian Monk Seals sleep across the bay in the sand. Swam with tropical fish and Honu (kept our distance as required as they are wildlife) at Lawai Beach just around the corner. Peaceful vacation.

Gorgeous views! Warm lanai, perfect for sunbathing or sipping coffee in the am and wine in the pm! Very comfortable living area. Fun to watch the current sports games too after a long day out and about. The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Super clean. My only complaint was that all of the towels had the mildew smell and the bed could stand to have a topper on it for additional comfort.
The location is wonderful. Close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping, excursions, botanical gardens, spouting horn! There’s so many things to see and enjoy in the south side of the island! ❤️

What a wonderful place to call home during our 9-day stay on Kauai! Loved watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai! The location was perfect and the condo was just as the listing and photos described. Enjoyed the AC and comfortable bed after warm days exploring the island. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return again someday!

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views. My husband and I loved having lunch on the patio and taking in the amazing weather and views. Condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kauai. Only thing we would probably liked different was the BBQ grill area as it was in the parking lot and covered in bird droppings. My husband tried using the bbq area and got pooped on by a bird but other than that there was a full kitchen so the bbq wasn’t necessary. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

This condo is wonderfully situated on the South Shore. Excellent snorkeling next door, beautiful water views with ability to be lulled to sleep by the ocean and a quick drive to Poipu or Spouting Horn. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and more!

The location was perfect for the island. Ample restaurants, markets, shops. All in close proximity. The condo is quaint, but sufficient for a stay. Great view from the balcony and we never had difficulty with finding a parking space within a few feed of the entrance. The condo was clean and had ample stock of the necessities needed. There is plenty to do on the island. We visit Hawaii annually, but this was our first time on Kauai. We normally stay in Maui (Lahaina or Kaahanapali), or on the Big Island. Obviously, we were fortunate to be on Kauai this time. The Garden Island is nice and we will return. The only negative was where the complex decided to put the bar b q pits!
This condo is a good choice if you are traveling to Kauai and looking for a nice place to call home.
We are all praying for and keeping the folks on Maui in our thoughts.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Kauai, and this condo was a big part of that. Amazing views of the water and we could even see sea turtles from the lanai! The place was clean, comfortable, and very open. Bob was very easy to communicate with, and he was so accommodating. The place was in a very convenient location. Absolutely recommend!

Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend is having more towels & washcloths. Wish there was a washer & dryer in the unit like our condo in Maui. We saw plenty of turtles and my adult daughter was able to snorkel in the water below our balcony which was neat.

We spent 5 days in this condo, and had an amazing experience. Modern remodel is awesome, bed very comfortable, and can't say enough good things about this place. The beach accessories (umbrella, snorkel gear, chairs) were the nicest we have experienced. View off the balcony had regular sightings of turtles, and snorkeling at Laiwa Beach was solid, with a turtle sighting our last day. Breeze kept the place cool without the need for AC, and we would highly recommend this property.

This unit provided every possible desired amenity - even binoculars to see turtles from the balcony. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, even a first aid kit. We snorkeled all over the cove east and west of the building and saw dozens of turtles each time.

I wish we had more time! My husband and I loved the convenience and coziness of this spot and the turtle watching is second to NONE. Bob was so helpful and responsive - would recommend staying here to anyone!

We love Poipu! This condo is 2nd floor, right on the water facing east. You can just walk out to the oceanside and see sunset. Well stocked condo for all your needs. Included basic spices, cooking spray, fully stocked kitchen
Perfect for one couple and two kids as the 3rd and 4th people sleep on the sofa bed but this wasn't our situation.

The view speaks for itself! Photos as described. Kitchen fully equipped which was so nice! Shower pressure was perfect! AC was much needed and the fans definitely helped. My only con was the bed, it gives a sinking feeling once sat or laid on. Not so comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great and we would come back!

This condo is exactly advertised and very comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the chefs knife was sharp. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking wine and watching the turtles in the lagoon below. The air conditioner worked well. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers in the closet. This will be my first choice for our next visit to Kauai.

We had an amazing stay at this well-designed, well-equipped place with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. You can catch the sunrise each morning from the lanai. Highly recommend walking out to the southwest lawn with chairs and a bottle of wine around 6:00ish to watch the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever experience - truly unforgettable! Peaceful atmosphere. Great location within minutes of Poipu beach and an easy drive to Waiemia canyon.
