Superb Hotel

A beautiful, modern hotel with wonderful facilities. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a spectacular view. The breakfast brunch was excellent and the variety of food on offer was superb and included lots of healthy options. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made our stay one to remember.

The chill out music at the pool - or maybe I'm just getting old!!

Exceptional

This place is amazing! Everything is clean and new. Saunas and pool are relaxing and so is the view to the mountains. The brunch/breakfast is delicious and very plentiful.

Perfect get away for relaxation combined with everything the mountains have to offer

Wonderful location. Extremely well maintained and beautifully built with a ton of details. The breakfast was just completely outstanding and so were the wellness facilities. Went to use the Saunas, outdoor pools and resting area every day. Also enjoyed that a lot of amenities like additional restaurants were in walking distance.

Great staff makes you feel very welcome

The check-in and welcome to the hotel was a nice experience. All in all the entire Staff took great care of us, so that we decided even to stay extra night. Also the everyday brunch with a variety of special breakfast food items is superior! The suites are spacious and layoutwise very functional. The pool and spa area is a plus as well as the additional bike rental possibility. But all in all, the employees of the hotels really were outstanding in delivering great customer experience!

The only downside is that the hotel is located next to a busy road and most of the rooms are facing it as well as the restaurant terrace - so it’s not the most peaceful place.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and we particularly liked that it was offered until 1 pm. In addition, the pool and spa area were lovely!

Perfect for our family ski trip

The breakfast was amazing, the selection of food was excellent. Breakfast served from 7am to 1pm! At 3pm there was a delicious afternoon snack. The beds were very comfortable which is very important after a hard days skiing. The first ski lift is an easy walk away.

very clean and tidy, staff were possibly the best I have ever experienced in a hotel stay. nothing was a problem at all.

Everything was delightful. The pool area is stunning, a lively natural swimming pond with good planting and generous lawn area. The sauna and wellness area are just wonderful. Our suite was superb with a west facing balcony. The hotel is close to the road with some road noise but the wonderful village, atmosphere and facilities meant this didn’t matter. Breakfast was utterly fabulous. First equal hotel breakfast ever ( the other is Villa Carlotta Taormina) We were just sad we only had one night there. Many thanks to the staff there.

New hotel, well designed interior and exterior, customer-oriented, you feel very welcomed and be left with an impression that the whole idea has been to make your stay very pleasurable. Every detail is well thought through. Overall, a very good service design. You feel pampered there. And the brunch tops it all. I had a very good and relaxing stay, very happy.

There was nothing that I did not like or was not happy about. Nothing missing.

Outside pool in “nature” style. Very clean rooms, facilities, newly built/fresh hotel. Beautiful view to the neighboring areas.
