Three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two twin beds. Two 3/4 baths. Full kitchen and dining room. Living room with wood burning stove and Smart TV. Central heating and air conditioning. Large front deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Private covered back deck. Washer and dryer. All bedding and towels included. Dishwasher, Laminate flooring, Wi-Fi , Flatscreen TV with Netflix. Coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil and soap provided.

The property was clean and fit our needs well. We also enjoyed walking over to the Base Camp bar & grill to get some food after a long day of hiking.

This property was perfect for our family especially with its close proximity to Paradise at Mount Rainer. We enjoyed being close to the Base Camp and having a great dinner and the store and coffee house at Whittaker's was walking distance and a great place to go for snacks and ice cream. Overlook had ample room and we loved the front and back porch. Perfect place after spending the day hiking Skyline Trail at Mount Rainer.

The communication with our host was great. The unit was the perfect size for our group and a great location for visiting Mt Rainier. We enjoyed putting our feet up in the recliners after a long day of hiking. The unit had plenty of basic needs such as paper towel, dish soap, coffee filters and toilet paper.
