Modern and spotlessly clean.
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere all around the hotel.
Fantastic staff, especially the hosts in the restaurant who are exceptionally efficient and hardworking but always smiling and welcoming and providing personal service. Special mention to Javier here.
Because the area all around the pool is built up, not many areas get the sun for long.
Main room for entertainment has several thick columns blocking the stage so a big proportion of the seats had a poor view.

Grand big hotel, entertainment all day and decent music acts at night.
Only did B&B but plenty to choose from and seemed to be constantly restocked even coming up to breakfast ending. My room was big with 2 double beds. Bathroom dated but clean
Smoking was allowed outside but although I’m sure it was only supposed to be in designated areas people were smoking on the sun loungers, not nice if you’ve little children. So I think this could be enforced better
