The room size was big. Actually there were one big bathroom and a smaller one. The bedroom was spacious and equipped with king size bed and very good mattress.The other room had sofa chairs and fire place. Every room was equipped with tv
The parking was for free and was located outside the hotel. The parking area was not smooth enough and not protected. The walking distance to the busy area of the town was a bit far on foot. Breakfast could have a better variety of choices. The staff should be in position to understand their visitors.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel in Bulgarian style with a summer restaurant in a rose garden, helpful and friendly staff.
Some spa facilities need restoration and improvement.

Pool and sauna are are nice addition. Room was spacious and communal areas clean.
Breakfast was terrible. No bar and atmosphere pretty flat. Beds were uncomfortable and duvets thin. Sheets were not changed once during our week stay.
