The room was luxirious, very stylishly furnished and had everytging you need, the breakfast buffey was delicious and had a lot of variety, staff were attentive and helpful. I really liked the outdoor pool with mointain view and water at perfect tempereture for me, great for both casual swim and just relaxing.

Excellent SPA facilities, excellent food quality and variety during breakfast and dinner, very good location, spacious rooms, polite personnel, very nice room cosmetics, very nice outside pool area, enough parking spots.

The outdoor facilities - pool and bar were great and well maintained. The kids club was amazing and overall the hotel is very family-centric. We loved the food served in the restaurants. Finally, the staff were absolutely great! Super polite and professional!
We didn’t like that the hotel interior was a bit worn down for a five star hotel. The spa was also not super well maintained.

The apartment was quite clean and pleasant (except for the bathroom).
Unfortunately, there are many things I didn’t like.
1. The hotel is very cold. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was as cold as this one – and it’s supposed to be 5 stars? In the main restaurant, it’s so cold that you have to keep your jacket on.
2. Many cables and alarm system hanging everywhere, including in the spa area, hallways, elevators, and outside, which creates a feeling of technical insecurity.
3. The water in the spa pools is very dirty. Of the outdoor pools, only one is functional, and the saunas are not always working.
4. A lot of construction work on the hallways, stairs, and in the rooms during the winter holiday period (New Year). Unacceptable. Very unplasant
5. Around the hotel, there is a lot of accumulated trash, giving the feeling of an abandoned area.
6. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day, and the power went out both in the spa area and in the restaurant during breakfast.
7. The bathroom in the room looks like it was built 100 years before the hotel :(
And many other things. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel!
