Location perfect for exploring Arles by foot. The staff absolutely brilliant, so professional and helpful. Air conditioning worked perfectly during the heatwave. Spa was also fun, you booked and then had it private to yourself.

Location is excellent. Restaurant and several sitting areas. Daily discount on parking. Very close walk from the city parking garage.
Hotel has a weird configuration- a bit hodgepodge.

Great location between the arenes and the theatre, fantastic to see. Everything walkable.
The young man who checked us in was charming and kind.
Our room was located in a private corner, yet opened onto a lovely internal courtyard.
Pleasant common areas for guests, play area with toys for kids
No kettle, cups, fridge etc in the room so we couldn't relax on our beds with a book and a coffee/tea unless we bought one from the coffee shop (where there was a rather grumpy woman serving, so we avoided it). An older lady on reception was rather brusque too.
Only one bath towel each, 1.2 rolls of poor quality TP, no conditioner
Noise (loud music) until midnight one night
