Location is amazing and just minutes from Nathan Road and Jordan MTR station. Just a street away from the night market and the harbour on the other side. The harbour view room may be slightly over rated, though you will be able to see the view from a higher floor.
Room is small but has all amenities, a fridge, a TV and multiple electric sockets. Bathroom is smaller than normal.
Breakfast is a good spread, though, very limited for vegetarians. Overall, that is an issue with Hongkong and not necessarily the Hotel.
Bathrooms are very small. Rooms are small but manageable and two big suitcases will be a case of worry.
Asked for a firm mattress but did not get one.

Good location, handy to MRT and ferries
22 level where I stayed, had a damp smell in hallways and room. Hallways also lined with dehumidifiers.

Very central locatilon. Close to Kowloon Park, Kowloon West Railway station, Temple Street Markets and Nathan Road shopping precinct.

The staff was helpful
I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. I noticed a significant drop in the level of hospitality compared to my previous visits. Specifically, there was no water provided in the room, and the tea/sugar supplies were not replenished during my stay. These are small details, but they make a big difference in guest comfort. I hope you can return to the previous standard of service
