We got a better room than we expected which was a plesant suprise and boosted our enjoyment of the stay by a lot. The room had an amazing view from the surrounding windows and the balcony. We loved the breakfast as well, especially the large timeframe we were able to choose to partake in it. Gave a lot of flexibility if we wanted to sleep in a bit more. It was also very tasty and offered a lot of veriety in the type of foods that were available every day. The location was also perfect, as it was in walking distance from many things we wanted to see, but also close by to most transportation.
The only thing that was a bit off was the wifi as it was a bit slow at times, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

Nice breakfast; convenient to the underground, trams and buses, without being in the tourist areas. Nice staff.
The room shower head could use a wall hook, so you can take a shower, without having to hold the shower head! Not convenient if you want to do your own wash,

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. Location ok if you know how to use public transport.
Maybe use a hand rail in the bathroom to get in and out of the bath / shower.
