The location in the lake looking over at Lecco. The hotels bistro/pizzeria opposite was excellent. The staff were very nice.
It was VERY Busy with large groups of tourists, corporate groups then a large wedding party which closed the pizzeria on our last night when we were hoping to go. The room was a little small.

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. A architectural gem hidden in a lot of nature.
Opening hour of the wellness could be better

Location
Rooms and corridors appear like storage facilities.
Also being Eco hotel 22 degrees is high temperature and cannot sleep comfortably
