We had a great stay

Apartment with a pool view was great,,plenty of utensils and crockery for a self catering stay.a toaster,coffee maker,fridge,microwave and we asked for a kettle,which was supplied with no charge…the living room has a sofa bed which serves has a settee,a 50 ins tele on the wall,with English channels,table with 4 chairs..the bedroom had a king size bed,iron,ironboard ,and safe in the wardrobe which also had draws inset,it also had a smaller wall mounted tele…the balcony overlooked the pool and we were on the ground floor..the Flipflop is situated on the quieter side of the Santa ponsa bay,but it’s only about 20 min walk to the other side..there are plenty of restaurants and cheapish bars within 5 min walk,and most of the restaurants do takeaways..the Flipflop group have recently taken over this complex,and seem to improving it every day,such as supplying breakfasts and snacks,and they have opened a bar,,,the staff from the manager to the cleaners etc.are all very pleasant and courteous,with nothing too much for them,,we had a great 11 night stay,and would recommend the Flipflop surfing playa.

Gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, schön in der Nebensaison

Gute, zentrale Lage, jedoch mit genug Abstand von Touri- Meilen. Zimmeraufteilung war gut, alles da, was es braucht. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Man bekommt ein gutes basic apartment in guter Lage. Wir haben (Nebensaison) immer einen nah gelegenen Parkplatz bekommen und tolle Ausflüge von hier aus gemacht. Fernseher in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, recht modernes Bad, bequemes Bett, kleine funktionale Küche. Es gibt ein Startpaket für die Küche (schwamm, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch, Mülltüte), das wir auf Nachfrage auch nach bekommen haben (8 Nächte), das ist aber scheinbar nicht Standard.

Wir haben den Basic-Tarif ohne besonderem Blick gewählt, unser Zimmer hatte fast keine Sonne, aber eine kleine verhältnismäßig private Terrasse und lag ruhig. Einige Zimmer liegen auch seitlich zur Straße, es ist sehr hellhörig, die Türen fallen sehr laut zu. Das fanden wir etwas anstrengend. Das Schlafzimmer lag bei uns aber abgelegen von der Eingangstür, da war es dann in Ordnung. Die Küchengeräte könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sie waren ziemlich alt und die Kaffeemaschine schon sehr verkommen. Es gibt keine Basic Ausrüstung für die Kaffeemaschine, das muss man einfach wissen.

Superb

It was close to the beach and retaurants. There was sponge and kitchen detergent. The staff was kind and nice and gave information that needed. I recommend it. There is paid parking lot right in front of hotel. There are also steeet parking which is free. But you need a luck to find spot. Luckily I found the spot for both days. There are also free parking lot but takes 5mins or more to walk.

It would be better if the floor could be cleaner. You need to bring seasonings. I stayed in late May. The heating and air-conditioning is in neutral. So it has only fan motion. In the middle of night, it was cold.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Nice view of the pool area & partial view of the bay beyond that. There are several restaurants, bars & shops within a short walk.

Nice, clean, 10min walk to Santa Ponca beach. Nice seaview in the sunset.

Nice location, close to the Santa ponca beach and stores. We upgraded the room and got a very nice sea view facing the poolarea. Service was excellent.

We enjoyed our holidays here. We’d love to come back for another vacation.

We like the location, apartment itself and pool. The cleaning service was great. The receptionist were very helpful, I’d like to thank Sarah for all help.

Very good stay

First of all the stuff is supercool - attentive and helpful! Jean-Pierre is just adorable! The location is superb, a few nice beaches nearby, the town is pretty calm but there are lots of bars and restaurants, not so far from Palma - like 15-20 mins by taxi (and the price were around 25-30 euro), we didn't use bus, but there is one. The apartment is not big, but cozy and comfortable, shower is spacious (even for two ;) ) Well, facilities are a bit tired, but everything is clean and in working conditions. Also would be nice if kitchen had more tools, bcs we stayed for 11 nights, but if you stay not for so long time maybe you'd not need it. But in general it's a good place to stay, good value for money and I'd recommend it. Thank you, guys, for a good host!

Kitchen could have had some more tools, but it didn't spoil the whole impression about the place

lovely relaxing time in comfortable apartments.

quiet, comfortable. short walk to shops bars restaurants. friendly staff, pool attendant was amazing and made sure rules everyone safe at pool.

we stayed in block 7, a few more lights in the evening whilst walking to apartment would be needed but wouldn’t stop me from using apartments again.

Small quiet apartments in great location

quiet hotel so no noise at night and plenty of space at pool. Very secure site and close to the main area of Santa Ponsa so easy walk. plenty of free parking near also.

wish there was a bar option at the hotel for us parents who have to come home earlier then we want.

Wonderful stay at Santa Ponsa!

Wonderful place! Very good standard, excellent service, clean and big rooms, renovated not so long ago. Great pool, convenient and quiet location, some parking spots nearby and a big free parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Great location, loved the pool which was always clean and not too busy. Room was perfect for us and the air con was really appreciated! Helpful staff at reception and having an allocated parking space was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Not much really. The drains in the bathroom were a bit stinky! The fire alarm went off during the night two nights on the run and we like to sleep!

Good stay at the MAC Surfing playa

We had a good stay at the MAC Surfing Playa. The reception staff were nice and helpful, we received cleaning during our stay which we did not expect. The pool area was okey, good when traveling with children. The location was really good, close to restaurants and the beach. The bus to Palma were right outside the hotel area. The apartment was clean and fresh. Really nice balcony with sea view. The kitchen was good, we found everything we needed for making breakfast, coffee machine etc.

Good location. Near the bus stop. The bus from Palma No. 103 stops next to hotel. Shops located in 5 min walk. The pool is warm. Open hours till 20:00. A lot of places with good view nearby.

Was missing that there was no salt and sugar in the room.

Nice stay but could have been better.

When we got to the accommodation we were met in reception by Jean who was super helpful and such a nice man with a good sense of humour. The apartments were lovely but a good walking distance from the square.

There could have been music at the pool during the day. Fresh towels more often in the apartments and I didn’t like that we weren’t allowed in the pool until after 10 o clock as when your on holidays most people get up and out early to the pool and we couldn’t do that!

Fabulous location. Relaxed vibe. Family stay with toddler.

Lovely, friendly staff. Fabulous, safe location. Near 2 beaches and lots of good restaurants. Nice pools - one toddler pool and one larger pool. Lots of sun beds available. Quiet rooms. Big, comfy bed. Shutters and curtains so it was cool and dark in the mornings. Good air conditioning. Bakery across the road. On a bus route so easily accessible to Palma etc.

It says that housekeeping is included, but they only came every 3 days. When you have been to the beach every day I think you need clean sheets and towels at least every 2 days. If it was advertised as self serviced apartment, then we wouldn't have expected the rooms to be cleaned more often.

Good place for quiet rest

Good room, quiet place, close to bus stop, enough sun beds and umbrellas at the pool, clean, amazing helpfull stuff

location is good but need to walk 10 min to the beach (Platja de Santa Ponça). Tight stair in the main building. Wifi was strange sometimes.

Amazing stay really loved so much the place and hope to be back again

Hotel staff, location was in great part of the city of santa ponsa, calm

The internet speed was amazing but the only problem was the connection to wifi. I think the router is overcharged and cannot accept new connection at all time. Hopefully I had 5 equipement and once one is connected I could share the connection between the others.
