the location is excellent! clean room, comfy bed
The room was good, a bit small, but that's standard for Paris. The only thing that bothered me was the noise insulation, you could hear everything from the room above. If someone was showering, walking, or talking, you heard it. Also, the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was sometimes either too hot or freezing cold.

Room decor and fantastic location
Breakfast buffet depleted as the morning went on. By 9am it was not full.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable with thick walls. Seating area was nice , and toilets by reception and was nice they had snacks and drinks
The staff really let it down, they were always slow , did not greet us, on their phone. Interrupted us whilst speaking to take a call. They need to really be more happy and attentive.
