The hotel was very walkable to most places in town. They had an expensive, but complete breakfast that was convenient, as I didn't notice another place NEARBY for breakfast. They did offer instant coffee in the room, and also a mini fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower excellent.
If you want a view of the ocean, you must walk a bit to find it! The Villa Koegui was off the main street, and the statue was our landmark.
I had no complaints.

Location, perfect for exploring the city, staff were very accommodating
The superior room was very small with very little hanging room and space for clothes, which for a weeks stay was not ideal.

Lovely staff. Great location, good size room. Comfortable mattress.
The air conditioning was noisy and linked to the next door room in some way so hard to control. There were a few too many flies around the breakfast and a focus on sweet options that I would only usually consider for dessert!

Great location; nice selection of baked goods at breakfast; very friendly welcome with lots of helpful information provided about the local area
Room (no.2) was on ground floor and was dark and dreary. Could also have been cleaner. Had to turn off air con during night as it was very noisy. Breakfast service was somewhat chaotic as one staff member seemed to be managing both the breakfast area and reception. Surprised to be asked to pay extra for eggs. More like a B&B than a 4 star hotel
