Teníamos instalado un compresor sobre la habitación y toda la noche sin poder dormir

La ubicación y la limpieza.

El ruido en la habitación, se oía todo, no se podía descansar y lo peor toda la noche un ruido de ascensor, o compresor insoportable.

Petit déjeuner en terrasse bord de mer.

Agencement de la chambre , la SDB trop petite, la vasque au dessus du lit (pas pratique du tout). Bouton poussoir de commande lumière, sur la tête de lit est lumineux. Il nous a fallu mettre un coussin pour cacher la luminosité du bouton...

Room for Improvement: Service Hiccups

1. Dog-friendly. 2. Excellent location at the seafront. 3. Renovated bathroom and spacious shower. 4. Exemplary service of Ms Fabbiana at the reception desk: attentive and professional, ensuring a smooth check-out process. 5. Breakfast spread.

1. Booking Discrepancy: Despite reserving a frontal Seaview room via Booking.com, the hotel failed to provide the specified accommodation, initially offering a room with no Seaview followed by a room with partial Seaview from the balcony. The situation escalated as staff initially claimed we had not booked a room with Seaview, then indicated Seaview rooms were unavailable. The inability to fulfill the booked accommodation reflects poorly on the hotel's service standards. 2. Mishandling of Error: The hotel staff's response was disappointing, as they first attempted to deflect responsibility onto us, only acknowledging their mistake (their wrong encoding of rooms in booking.com) after further discussion with management. The disorganised response was frustrating, negatively impacting our experience. 3. Hygiene Concerns: Unpleasant bathroom odours and cleanliness oversights, such as crumbs and uncleared residues, diminishing our experience and raising questions about the hotel's attention to detail in housekeeping standards. 4. Inconsistent Staff Attitude: While Ms Fabbiana's service stood out positively, interactions with other hotel staff were occasionally marred by rudeness, detracting from the overall hospitality experience. These inconsistencies in staff behaviour need addressing to ensure a more positive guest experience.

Excellent hotel if you want to be next to the beach , close to shops and modern decoration .

Everything . Excellent staff . View amazing ! Very practical if you have children . Restaurant and breakfast suoer good ! Lovely modern decoration !

The room very simple , too small and walls damaged . A pity . Full of antennas in the top of the building so us we had the room in the last floor .

Chambre propre, spacieuse. Beau design. Très bien situé face à la plage. Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique et souriant., bienveillant et à l’écoute. Très bel hôtel. Je recommande.

Nous sommes arrivés tard , il manquait pas mal de nourriture, les plats n’étaient pas rapprovisionnés rapidement, peu etre le personnel était un peu dépassé ou pris de court. Nourriture correcte mais sans plus. Pas trop variée la nourriture tout de même!

Le style de l'hôtel, la vue magnifique depuis le 6ème étage, le personnel très sympathique, le buffet du petit déjeuner.

La poussière sous le lit, le bruit des femmes de ménage et des travaux à 8h le matin, la bonde qui manquait dans la baignoire (je n'ai pas pu tester les jets hydromassants).

El personal. La ubicación del hotel con vista al mar. La flexibilidad y rapidez el resolver mi solicitud . El hotel me aviso que la habitación familiar que reserve con vosotros no está reforma de desde el año 2018 . Y me enviaron fotos .por si quiero seguir con la reserva o no . Pero al llamar a vosotros nadie me ha contestado lista de espere . Llame al hostel para ver si me la pueden cambiar a otra renovada manteniendo el mismo precio. Y me lo dado y me dieron la mejor habitación con una vista al mar muy bonita . He hecho una voto al manecer muy muy bonita . Al hotel un 10 . Boking un 2 .vosotros tenéis que demostrar las cosas como son he visto unas votos de habitacion y resulta otra. Muchas gracias al Hotel Aromar. He pasado una noche estupenda .

Une excellente surprise.

Vue face à la mer extra. Belle chambre ultra design très agréable et inhabituelle. Peignoires dans les chambres superieures. Petit dejeuner excellent. Café/Thé dans la chambre.

Estancia pareja con perro

El trato que tuvieron con nuestra perrita. Es un hotel adaptado a los nuevos tiempos y al hecho de que viajes con tu mascota. Pudimos entrar en la zona de buffet con ella, hay mesas especificas para ello. No tuvimos que dejarla sola en la habitación en ningún momento.

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones. Es mejorable.

Hotel recomendable en relación calidad-precio, ubicación,etc..

La ubicación.el entorno estupendo, con sistio donde aparcar y salida al balcón con vistas al mar. El desayuno nos pareció excelente: variado,de calidad,etc.. la habitación amplia y confortable. i

Comentar que las mesas y las sillaslas colocaron juntas, es decir, no teniamos intimidad, deberian colocarlas mas separadas y con diferentes opciones: parejas, familias, individulaes,etc,. como es común en todos los Hoteles. Nos pusieron dos camas individuales siendo un matrimonio y estas se movian mucho, no eran estáticas. La Tv estaba ubicada en un lateral estando las camas frontales, teniamos que girar la cabeza para ver la Tv.debería estar enfrente de las camas.

Dommage que toutes les chambres ne soient pas d'un même niveau ....

Hôtel situé face à la mer ,beaucoup de surfaces vitrées donc un endroit très lumineux et moderne .

Certaines chambres ne sont pas rénovées et ne sont situées face à la mer .Leurs sanitaires sont d'un autre temps !

Comfortable hotel right on the beach

A large dog friendly hoteright on the beach, ideal location for swimming. It has a restaurant onsite (there are many along the seafront). Friendly reception, parking 30 meters away. We had booked a basic room - with side view of the sea-, which was good enough for 2 nights as it is not exactly large.

When we went into our room, the musty smell was overpowering as there was a serious leak coming from the ceiling. I am surprised that the room hadn't been checked beforehand, as the ceiling was stained enough (the issue was not new, according to me..). We were given a fresh room, but lost 45 minutes in the process...

Very confortable bed and well decorated hotel

The renewed rooms are very well decorated. Really liked the shower in the middle of the room, with the separated toilet to still have some privacy. The view is amazing. AC worked well and bed was very confortable.

It was hard to completely block the light in the morning. The sun was very strong, directly hitting the windows and the curtains were not opaque enough. The pool could be little bit cleaner but overall the hotel was great. These are just some recommendations.

our hotel had no electricity for 2 days. So no restaurant open, no aircon in the room, couldn’t charge phones to use Apple wallets.

Location! Right ar the beach, 1st line. Staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel is partially renovated, our room (612) wasn’t yet: old, low quality doors for room and bathroom. Parking is at 100 meters from hotel, uncovered: the car gets dirty.
