The breakfast was beautiful and delicious, although I wasn’t crazy about having to choose a set time for it. The setting was lovely. My room was spacious and overlooked a pleasant lawn.
I was a bit confused by some of the pre-stay communications, especially the use of What’s App, which I (and many Americans) rarely check. Being asked to provide an exact check-in time was so unusual that the receptionist on my river cruise ship advised me not to reply as she thought the message might be a scam — not really from the property. In addition, I found this difficult to do because it is hard to predict arrival times when relying on other parties for transportation. Once I arrived at the property, I understood that it really was part of their very personal service.

Loved the location and boutique hotel feeling- spacious room, loved the game/tv room and the spa was amazing after a full day hike service was impeccable

Staff were so helpfull, understanding , explained everything, pleasant , polite , wonderful , thankyou.
Downstairs toilet could have been a little cleaner and run out of paper,
Only a small note, a personal preference is a proper onsuite as opposed to a studio’ type room.
