The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, elegant design, and excellent facilities. The pool area is lovely, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, everything was good. There is always room for improvement in some details, but the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the overall experience.

I loved everything about my stay at Continental. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the property is clean and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay at Continental so much that we came back a second time. Everything is perfect. Mahmoud at the front desk was a great help to us with answering our questions and getting us checked in. The breakfast is very delicious with a variety to choose from. The beach is very lovely. Its nicer than most properties nearby by.

Disappointing Experience Despite a Clean Hotel
We stayed at this hotel with an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, we were surprised to find that many services and drinks were not included and required extra payment. This goes against the very concept of "all-inclusive" and feels misleading to guests.
Even freshly squeezed juice was not included — in a 5-star hotel, is juice considered such a luxury that all-inclusive guests can’t enjoy it?
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel in terms of value for money or service. Definitely not an experience I would repeat.
