El personal del hotel en general es muy amable
Cuantos con clima y controles y toallas desde el primer momento sin necesidad de exigir,no hay servicio a cuarto todo tema se debe ver en la recepción

Nada, pero les recomiendo que diario revisen que les cambien las sábanas y que les dejen todas las toallas
Las sábanas estaban muy sucias, olían horrible y tenían manchas. Las almohadas olían a que las habían usado muchas veces antes y no las lavaron. Además la camarista se lleva las toallas para que te las cobren cuando entregas la habitación y el gerente no resuelve nada

A lot of things have been shut down since Covid for example the water slides.

Location is perfect. Restaurant is excellent. Staff is terrific.

room’s not as nice as advertised .
the worst part of the stay was that a quack naturopath was running training sessions at the hotel the whole time we were there. doc of detox. He was run out of Canada for running scams. Not comfortable to be around the hotel with him and his cult

the bed was hard, the room smelled, no hot water in the shower and no WiFi in the rooms

Excellent staff all around and wonderful cleaners. Great pools and very clean everywhere. The hotel is excellent value and like a real home away from home. I'll miss everyone and be sure to return soon! Thank you all for making me feel at home!
