Christoph was super nice and welcoming!! we stayed here two times and I really liked both rooms, they were beautiful!
I also like that they serve delicious avocado by breakfast.
to be honest I got really bad food poisening after I ate the appetizer fresh salad for lunch in the hotel restaurant. but just do not order salad and you will be fine!
also, a weird situation occured. my boyfriend and the hostess calculated the price together at check out and he payed with visa. later on that day when we were in the bus in another city 2 hours driving away, someone was send into our bus to ask us for more money because the hostess made a mistake entering the amount in the pay machine. this was quite terrifying as she only spoke spanish and accused us of the mistake. in my opinion, the hosts could have done this in a more nicer way via booking.com

A lovely old couple appear to own the place. Both were charming, he gave great advice, she cooked us a delicious dinner.
They made our stay very special, they took care of us with warmth and kindness.
It seems the hotel has employed someone to speak to foreign guests. I'm not sure she'll work out. She was friendly, but very easily muddled and forgetful. She also prepared the breakfast, which was basic.
The hotel is lovely, but expensive compared to others in rural Peru.

Very friendly personal. Place it’s very nice located and was very good for the rate what we paid. Breakfast was good.
Unfortunately, our bathroom was not so clean on our arrival.

The owners are very nice and friendly. Everything was clean, food was very good. It has interesting atmosphere.
The design of rooms is slightly strange, creative, but awkward. Price of dinner is 50% more than anywhere else in Peru, which is still cheap, but it feels strange. The pictures here put nice edge to aging property... Might still be best option in Cabanaconde, but relative to some great hotels we stayed at in Peru, this was average experience...

The Hotel was charging the cost of our stay on my credit card twice without approval but by pretending the first try did not work. Any message of us for claiming a refund (via booking or directly to the hotel) did not lead to any positive answer. Incredible business behavior!

An enchanting house in a wonderful area by the Canyon de Colca. Super friendly staff and a fine cook. We were invited to have breakfast in another property some 9 kilometers from this place to enjoy our morning coffee while looking at flying condors. Delightful!
No hot water. The water in the sink came with sand.

Here gave us a very big surprise. We can not imagine that there is such perfect hotel in such a small town. As soon as we arrived there, we were received with great welcome. The hotel was amazing, and we all like it very very much. The host was helpful and spoke English very well. So we can communicate conveniently and feel like our own home. The architectural design is extremely exquisite and unique. The room was nice and clean, also very comfortable, from where we had a mountain view as well. The two old ladies here are so funny, smart and the cooking is quite great. We had a perfect menories here and reluctant to leave. We expect to comeback in the near future. Thank you so much!

Great big comfortable bed, with electric blanket. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast + views of the mountains were amazing! Also the WiFi was perfect!
