Roulotte très bien équipée avec beaucoup de charme, accueil attentif
Confort parfait, climatisation réversible , kitchenette très pratique , petit déjeuner de « dépannage » mais varié (gâteaux secs, biscottes, yaourts, jus de fruits,lait, beurre , confiture)
Petits problèmes de décrochages inexpliqués de la wifi
Le seul point véritablement négatif est la proximité d’une route passante

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in confronto alla media dei prezzi della zona.
Proprietari gentilissimi, soprattutto la signora Patrizia che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere, e che ci ha dispensato preziosi consigli.
La casa è molto pulita, essenziale, e confortevole.
Mi è piaciuto tutto, unico appunto sulla colazione che è confezionata, ma comunque soddisfacente.

We were welcomed very friendly and the appartment was great. Much better than it looks on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Its close to La Spezia, so visiting Cinque Terre by train is amazing from this apartment.
The bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

it is a bit outside, so you have to drive a while to get to la spezia but it was ok

My wife and I were travelling from Milan to Fallonica and had our overnight stop here. It was very close to the highway by car. The owner was very kind and the room was exactly as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The shower, kitchen and other facilities were great.
when the window was open, sometimes a high volume of sound comes from cars or motorcycles passing. It was not a major issue for us but if you plan to stay longer and hope to find a very quiet place, it might be disturbing.

Absolutely perfect accommodation, swimming pool. Very clean and great equipped. Cozy. Host is so nice and friendly. Free parking. Really nice place to be.

in a word: perfect
we were able to check in later than 10pm due to a personal problem that we had
the house is nice, pool also, clean, a simple breakfast that was to start your day, and the host was kind

The friendly welcome and then the space, an open yard with pool also available. We had our own BBQ area outside, full kitchen inside and 2 friendly dogs coming to greet us when we move around outside, without overstaying their welcome. Perfect place to stay just out of the crowds, but close to the beauty of Cinque Terre.

Beautiful B&B with gorgeous surroundings. The nicest hosts ever aswell. They have 2 lovely dogs and 3 turtles in their garden! Great set up and a super comfortable place to stay. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Big and new bathtoom. In the kitchen you find everything you need, also oil, Salt etc. The housekeepers are very friendly and uncomplicated. We would definitly Code again.
