Agriturisimo Malpensata was perfect for us, and Francesca made us feel right at home! She was very sweet and accommodating! Having an easy breakfast every day was a huge plus!
We used Radda as a home base with day trips to San Gimignano/Volterra, Siena/Monteriggione, and Montepulciano/Pienza/Montalcino. Radda is a quiet town medieval town in the heart of Chianti with lots of great food.
The property is so beautiful! We had our own little dinner on the patio with wine and products we picked up in several towns, and it was serene. Sunrises are lovely!
The bathroom isn’t connected to the room, but it is private. Just a slight inconvenience but it’s a beautiful old house and it really wasn’t a problem.
One note, and this isn’t a negative, just something to be aware of: some of the roads around Radda can be a bit rough. It’s a ruggedly beautiful area, but our rental car was up to it.

Beautiful rooms overlooking wineries. We were lucky to get a room with a large terrace where we enjoyed a wine and some cheese we picked up in town great breakfast lots of variety beautiful buildings. Highly recommend recommended.
It is not walking distance to town, but we knew that and we had bikes and it was only a 10 minute bike granted into town otherwise fabulous

Our host was exceptional. We arrived with a problem to do with our car. She was so supportive, contacting contractors, driving us and helping in all ways; the setting is a delight, a very relaxing stay in spite of our car difficulties.

The room was big, the surrounding saw beautiful.
The room was really hot and it didn’t have an air-condition or a mini bar. Breakfast was insufficient but with good coffee.
