Séjour au top

Chambre très propre et literie très confortable.la dame qui nous a accueilli adorable qui a prit le temps de tout bien nous expliquer .petit déjeuner bien servi et délicieux.jus d’orange pressée c’est vraiment génial.le personnel du bar estudiantil aussi très pro et gentil.l,hôtel est situé au top par rapport aux sites d’intérêt et au métro

Excelente ubicacion, habitacion muy espaciosa y limpia, desayuno incluido

No tienen recepción continua, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en el bar de abajo y la persona que nos recibió no fue muy amable

It was very enjoyable. The airbus from the airport stops near the hotel.

Very good location, tasty breakfast. Maria and Marissa are wonderful, the communication was exceptional. We arrived at the hotel at1:30AM and there was an employee at the bar waiting for us with the keys.

Superb

The hotel was in a great area and very walkable to Barcelona attractions. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. They were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to see.

The only negative I can say is that the room was small.

Location, excellent service, very good breakfast, spacious room, nice terrace (for smokers and drying gears after morning running), very nice breakfast, refrigerator for all, free coffee available all the time (like refrigerator), very big bathroom with walk in shower

could be tricky if you come late (after restaurant is closed) and find that keycard of room doesn’t work

Excellent location, room and service

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking or catching the train. The breakfast vouchers included a good range of options and plenty of food and beverage. Also tea and coffee facilities within the building were good.

Barcelona is a wonderful city

Enjoyable stay in funky little hotel in heart of downtown Barcelona (across from the University, near Pl de Catalunya). Not much from the outside, but the room was clean and large. Service was good and friendly. The free breakfast and cappucino was wonderful.

Outer appearance might put you off, but once you are inside hotel area it is fine. Again, location can't be beat and price was very reasonable.

This is a nice spot to stay when on a budget, 2 nice cafe/bars just down stairs. Clean and comfortable.

It was hard to get someone one reception when needed as it always seemed closed

No early breakfast.

Location is perfect, centre of town, next to the Metro.

Breakfast is served in the bar below, I was there for work and had to leave in the morning before the bar opened. I did not know that before I booked.

Exceptional

Staff were extremely busy in the bar and took time to help us check in. We met the owner in the bar and he was super nice and took good care of us. The location of the hotel is in the hear to the city close to plaza Catalunya, la Rambla, shopping and metro stations. Aerobus nearby goes straight to airport. Room was spacious as well as bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Thank you for arranging a taxi to take us to the airport the next day, it was extremely appreciated!

For those expecting to have 24 hour reception you would have to message and wait for someone to help you. It was fine for us. We used the fridge in the coffee room but mother in law mentioned it was not very cold. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Great location, big room.

Really big room and bathroom. Only problem was room looked out over a bar so had to keep curtains closed but no big issue with noise. It’s a very busy bar so great if you want to go for drinks. There is a communal area where you can make tea and coffee which was great. Also had water. Location was brilliant, very close to plaza Catalunya and La Rambla and also had a metro stop right outside.

The breakfast was only so so as a vegetarian and so we chose to eat elsewhere.

Great central location in the city, comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Central location was great and walkable to popular areas. Staff was attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked very good and in hot weather that ended up being a big plus for us at the end of the day.

We had a room which faced inward from the street and the patio space was pretty walled off and dark. Next time we would make sure to book a room with a window facing outward to the street to get more natural light in.

A great place to stay in a wonderful city.

The location is great, central and close to all the places of interest. Very easy to reach from the airport with the Aerobus having a stop just outside the hotel entrance as well as having all means of public transport right at the doorstep. The room was modern, big and comfortable. The staff is not there during most of the day but they are reachable by WhatsApp or e-mail and answer quickly to your requests. There is a caffe machine and a water cooler available all day in the public space, as well as a fridge and a microwave.The cleaning is done every day upon request.

The variety of the breakfast choices is limited for a long stay, but you can have a meal at their restaurant at any time of day. Very noisy guests late at night with no hotel staff to help you. It was a charge of two Euros for a hair cap usually given for free at most hotels.

Superb location. Perfect for short stay close to the city centre for reasonable price.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast in the restaurant below.

There is no lift so if you have a heavy suitcase be prepared to carry it up by yourself one floor.

cockroach no A/C no customer service

The bar downstairs had a good breakfast and was lively in the evening for a good drink

Had a cockroach in the room and the A/C went out, reception was never physically there and when asked how they would address the issues they said it wasn’t their fault/ took no accountability. Instead of apologizing for the experience I was reminded they have a 9.2 clean rating. 0 customer service. Will not be staying here ever again nor would I suggest it to anyone

Comfy place at a perfect location

We had a spacious and bright room with an attached bathroom that was also pretty big. It also had a rather small but cozy open air sit-out. A common room had a refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser and free coffee. The free breakfast from there bar nearby was excellent and to make it even better, the breakfast was available any at any time of the day to 2330 hours. The check-in was very quick, and the lady who runs this place is very helpful with directions. The hotel is located very close to city centre and public transport is just a few steps away. Overall it was a very good place at a perfect location. We had a lovely time.

The location was centrally located to the things we wanted to see in Barcelona. We walked a great deal, but the Metro was very close by when we need to go further away.

It was a little confusing to find and to get in the first time. After we checked in and given an outdoor key it was a breeze

Pleasant stay in central location & modern rooms

Central location and spacious modern room.

Check-in was somewhat harder than usual (if there's nobody at reception, you have to pick up keys at a nearby cafe), however everything was well explained.

One of the best soundproofed hotel rooms I've stayed in. Perfect location, 25 minutes' walk to Sagrada Familia, 7-8 minutes to La Rambla.
