Dont rely on the description

The location is great, in the centre, dragon bridge at 15 minutes walk.

First of all if you pay by card the hotel charge you 5%. In the room the climatisation was leaking so water was on the ground during our whole stay. The main negative point according to us is that the description is not reliable. If you go there for nice facilities swimming pool /restaurant /terrace /breakfast you re gonna be upset. There is no swimming pool available no restaurant in service no terrace, the breakfast area is under the stairs and you won’t get anything to drink. Of course the price is not that high we know that but it is just not correct to lie in the description.

Good location, lovely reception

It was clean and lovely reception. Compare to price and accommodation it was great experience. The room was so clean and cheap. Location also perfect to go to anymore. Also hotel can rent a motorbike to you so u can easily handle everything

Rigtig god beliggenhed - elendig morgenmad

Pænt og rent værelse til pengene. God beliggenhed.

Værelset var ikke stort nok til at have 2 stk. kufferter i brug. Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Bestod af et spejlæg og et stykke brød - ingen kaffe/te, ingen juice, intet smør mm. Hotellet bør ikke sælges med "inkl. morgenmad", da det man får ikke kan kaldes morgenmad.

Mixed impressions

My room didn't have a window, so it was nicely dark. Mattress good. 15 minute walk to dragon bridge, 10 minute cab ride to the beach. Hotel is central.

Unfortunately the boss of the hotel, who speaks a good English, is friendly and gets problems solved is almost never there. On her behalf there is a young woman who doesn't speak even a tiny bit of English, nor is she really interested in doing a good job. She needs the translator even for things like "glass of water". No customer service. My impression was that she maybe prefers domestic tourists from Vietnam, not international. Breakfast comes always as a baguette with egg, without salt, water or serviettes, so be prepared.

Fine place if you’re on a budget and need basic facilities

Friendly service, very accomodating Laundry was done nicely and folded for you

Had a weird musty smell, Water temp was a hit and miss

Good value for money

Great location for that side of the river with plenty bars and restaurants on road facing

Couldn’t use the pool etc I walked down the stairs and was loads of dust on hand rail but was work going on at the time

La dame qui s’occupe des sandwiches à l’entrée qui est la seule à parler anglais mais malheureusement elle ne peux pas relever le niveau de tout l’hôtel. La dame de ménage qui réagit vite.

• Plein d’insectes dans la chambre • Draps tachés mais changés directement après avoir fait la demande. • Matelas dur comme du bois. J’ai eu un mal de dos insupportable. • J’avais une chambre familiale et il y avait le salon fumoir juste devant la porte. La porte qui n’est pas hermétique donc j’avais toutes les odeurs en journée et dans la nuit. • Le petit déjeuner … 2 œufs au plats qu’on mange dans le haut de l’hôtel. Sans boisson • Restaurant et spa fermé • Lorsque j’ai voulu louer un scooter c’était ou un scooter avec un seul rétroviseur ou rien. J’ai du me débrouiller avec un autre hôtel. Là réceptionniste ne comprenait rien même avec le traducteur. • La réceptionniste du matin c’est une catastrophe.

Да особо ничего, обычный отель

Розетки далеко от кровати, все старое и разваливается, никто не ремонтирует. Кондиционер не регулируется. Застрял в лифте еще в придачу, минут 20 долбился , потом они его перезагрузили и он поехал

good location but had better hotels for less money

good location air con in room which is great it was quiet in the room

towels had stains on them bed was extremely hard, not comfortable at all the fridge was noisy Wi-Fi kept dropping in my room, couldn’t connect had ants in my room I asked receptionist if there were any other rooms to be told no other rooms, went onto booking.com to find there were 3 other room options available so completely lied to me

I've had a wonderful stay here. It's a great central location, inexpensive, the staff is lovely, and the room is nice. I suppose there are a few things that aren't perfect, but I feel like that's to be expected when getting such a good price.

I don’t recommend this hotel. I got better hôtel in cheaper rate with more facilities.

I liked nothing,

Internet so poor and breakfast only one bread and omelette. When I asked water and coffee they refused.

Very nice!

Perfect location. The room was spacious with private bathroom. Air conditioning, fridge. Perfect for the price.

We could use the swimming pool because on that days they were fixing something.

Very good

The location was good, the staff was kind, room is big and so the bathroom. Well equipped. Calm location with possibility of darkness into the room. Elevator in the building.

The plug near the bed was not working, impossible to put my charger inside and also same for the plug of the light on the night table. The bed was a bit hard for the back in my opinion! Location of scooter was a bit expensive compared to what I got later.

Not a place I will recommend.

The size of the room was ok, the staff generally pleasant and do try to help.

The bed was hard, the water in the bathroom didn't drain well and the Wifi reception was poor.

Budget stay with rock hard bed and poor wifi

Good size room. A/C, fan, fridge, location not too far from airport. Staff were friendly

No complimentary water. Wifi was terrible could not use it. Loud music till around 10pm from beer garden nearby. The most uncomfortable bed I have had the misfortune to try sleep on. It was like a rock, I had to fold up the duvet from both beds to try get comfortable. If you like a solid hard bed this is the place for you otherwise for the price it's fine for 1 night only unfortunately

Location was ok

As soon as we got there it was apparent that the WiFi wasn't working. Ann hour later it was obvious that the Aircon wasn't working. We had booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1

Good, would recommend!

Very big room, clean, nice bathroom with good shower and warm water. Great location, quiet at night. Staff was kind.

strictly do NOT recommend!!!

hotel is asking for add 5% for card payments which is not advertised on booking.com and on top of the statement ‘17% taxes and other expenses’. when I shared my disagreement with hotel management, been threaded to call the police which was very….. and unfortunately booking.com customer service did not take care of this point even I have raised couple of times during my stay. after couple of days just received an email stating that it may happen based on hotel’s internal policy!! should not it be covered ‘17% taxes and other expenses’ OR mentioned separately to highlight!!??? to make it short… reconsider if you are willing to book a room from this hotel…
