Excellent, location with easy access to the centro storico, with priceless private parking! Charming little room, with private bath and access to an amenity filled common area. Veronica our host communicated everything we needed and was very responsive to messages
All was fine, even the tiny shower stall (only a problem for me because I’m larger that most 😂)

The location is fabulous. It is a 3 minute walk to the center of Pienza. Veronica is amazing and so helpful. The room is very clean and spacious. The kitchen (shared space) is well stocked and I had my breakfasts and lunches there. Veronica answers immediately and helped with making dinner reservations (and even mending my pants when I asked if there was a seamstress close by). I was on my own for two nights so the apartment was fabulous. Another room checked in while I was there but was totally workable. Polite hello etc.
There is a construction site right beside the building so that is your view and they did start working at 7:00 am but I am an early riser, so wasn't a big deal. Also, the air conditioning in the room isn't super strong so you need to close the shutters to keep it cool which darkens the room a bit but you don't spend much time in the room, so it works out.
