Will defintely be back, depending on the future price of the unit

Great Location, great view, peaceful and quiet. very comfortable. Loved the gasbraai on the balcony. Generally a great stay and wonderful service allround. Best place we have stayed in Ballito area over the years. The unit is everything one can hope for for a great peaceful vacation.

Bed in main bedroom squeaks a lot. Must be replaced. I would replace the old tumbledryer with a dishwasher. Tumbledryer just kick out dust - Tried using it once for the towels. Cleaning services and change of towels should be more frequent considering the steep price. A number for security services should be available. The ladies selling their wares and some guys are dringing alcohol on the beach as we walked down (weekends). The men shouted sexual comments at my 15yr old daughter (I was not present at the time). I reported it to the facilities manager.

Taking Tranquility and Peace and Comfort to new heights.

Location is absolutely awesome and just so beautiful and tranquil. Apartment was very neat and clean and all which I required. Humidity was high but the ceiling fans worked very well. A/C would have been a bonus. The unit was load shed free which made a huge difference in being able to use the stove, super large TV and W-fi. View of the beach from the balcony was my peace and solace to see the sunrise and sunsets.

Would have loved an AC, but there nothing to dislike.

Most of the things we had to call before they bring them like towels and toilet papers. And the receptionist had attitude

We loved the convenience of the apartment and the facilities

The communication and friendliness of Ballito accommodation staff and proximity of the apartment to the sea

The Main bathroom fittings need updating and the couches in the lounge need a through clean

The not so clean issue was the only negative we had and was very disappointing..

The view from the lounge, patio was awesome. Appliances all worked, beds were comfortable, cutlery was sufficient

Cleanliness of the couch, floors, bedrooms lamps and fans, windows sills behind trellis doors could have been cleaner.

Beach Haven

The view and direct beach access was so amazing. The unit was comfortable.

The once off starter pack with only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and cleaning service charge of R273 per day on request I thought was a bit high. The cylinder for gas braai was empty , luckily we looked around and found a spare. Battery remotes were almost dead and we couldn't find the bedroom remote. Upon letting the agents know, I didn't hear back from them. On our last day, there was quite a bit of noise from the unit next door that was being renovated, we weren't made aware of this in advance.

Excellent lodging unacceptable noise levels.

Breakfast not included

Noise from other guests. Thro the night ppl drinkn and screaming. 3am to 6am party was on. My bby cudnt sleep. Drunk ppl upstairs and next door. Nt good since i was warned not to make noise. Suppose rules only appy to certain minority race groups.

Very good

The location, very safe complex. The view was breathtaking. The staff at Ballito accomdation were attentive. The apartment was well equipped.

The pool wasnt in the complex. We had an electrical problem, lights were flickering, power supply behind TV stopped working.

Right next to the beach. Excellent for morning walks on the sand!

We had the best time!!

Lovely apartment, magnificent view and easy access to the beach. We loved the tidal pool and could do some nice snorkeling. Easy and safe swimming areas on the beach for young children as well.

I would recommend airconditioning for the apartment as well as a dishwasher.

The pillows for the main bedroom did not smell good. Something about them was a bit off.
