Location is very close to metro station ,maybe only 20 m far from the gate
The staff are super helpful
It is not luxurious hotel , but I never need more than that
Only the comments I do have , AC fixed to be 25 , which is not comfortable for me , but it was ok at that time , so in summer maybe it will be difficult.

Our warm welcome.
Help to find a taxi for our return to the airport
Great location
Super clean
Lovely breakfast- and music to help breakfast feel like being on holiday š
Bedroom furniture needs updating. Shutters need repairing so they could open properly.
Notices to remind other people staying to respect others. We were woken twice the first night by two loud girls

Very helpful staff, excellent location on the edge of Chiaia and steps from the metro, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in !

not much
had to walk up, not allowed to use elevator which was not mentioned during booking online, parking was far away, we lost power in middle of the night and had no AC, and when we complained we were told to hit circuit breaker which was not shared with us until we complained, which sounds like it happens often.
