Didn’t enjoy my stay

- the garden has nice view - pool was nice, but we had the feeling that if there is more than 2 families, it was too small for us.

- I couldn’t park my car as the parking they showed me was not suitable for car parking, I asked by email if this the correct parking and sent them pictures, they referred me to the contact. - from my opinion the cooking equipment are very basic, 2 big cooking pots, I couldn’t find anything to use to make eggs or cup of tea, but still they had ok plates and cutlery. - kitchenware was not clean ( some of the plates and the cocking pots) - There is church nearby and they ring the bill almost every hour even at night. it was impossible for me to sleep, even when I mange to get some sleep the neighbors dog was waking me up again, same for my kids. - on the checkout, I didn’t know where to leave the key, I sent email asking for the responsible person to meet me, they didn’t answer, I wanted to leave at 09:00. On the day of checkout I sent them message at 09:30 saying that no one showed up. At 10:02 they sent me message saying leave the key under doormat as agreed, at 10:32 they sent me another message saying leave the key in the living room as agreed. In my opinion the whole checkout process was very confusing.

Einfach schön zum wohlfühlen mit freundlichem Charakter. Vielen Dank.

Niektóre elementy wyposażenia lokalu były nowe, a niektóre stare i zużyte. Podobnie z papierem toaletowym i mydłem do umycia rąk.
