The Norderoog flat was functional and clean and had everything needed for cooking dinners. It was directly on the dike and a river and surrounded by nature. My 16 year old was super happy with the gym and we enjoyed the sauna after a particularly cold day on the watten. Despite all the apartments with tenants, the flat was super quiet! Niebüll had all the Einkauf Ladens as normal (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and edeka). We walked around Dagebüll and went for a guided tour in the watten there. We also saw the sort sol at haasberg marsch. All were ca. 20-25 minute drive. We drove to Ribe to the Vandeshavscentret one day as well (1 hour plus). We took the train to Sylt (Bhf ca 15-20 minutes) but found it a bit of a money grab and one can find just as nice walks closer by.

It was a little cramped in the living area as the sofa was the second bed where my son slept, and we didn’t want to have to remake the bed every day. The dining table was also small so a comfy place to sit and play games or to sit with a coffee early in the morning when everyone else was sleeping was missed. maybe better for a couple or family with young children who are going to wake you up early instead. Also make sure you bring 50cent pieces for the sauna and washing machine if needed.

Die Kopfkissen müssten dringendst ausgewechselt werden.Ein einziger gefühlt Watteklumpen.Das Wlan war in der meisten Zeit nicht brauchbar bzw.nicht vorhanden.

Quiet area at the North Sea. Great to relax and unwind. But with construction in front of the house.

Facilities are very basic equipped. Difficult to cook and even dangerous as surroundings gets super hot including cutlery in the drawer below. No food delivery possible due to the deserted surrounding. You can bring your dog but have to pay 10 EUR extra per night. I have been asked 4 times for this money and it was even collected right at the door. unsure about this approach. Basic bedding with 1 thick and 1 thin blanket. 1 person needed to freeze. Construction in front of the house.
