Veel te warm door buizen in de vloer, erg drukke weg, verkeerde bedden 1x2p ipv 2x1p dus delen met mijn zoon, erg gehorig en nul handhaving op overlast. Nooit meer dus.

It was convenient.

For dinner, even if the restaurant was full, we were accommodated.

We were not able to have breakfast. We read in the packet in the room that buffet is until 11 am. we went down just before 10 but were told that breakfast is only until 10.

Great value for money

It was quiet and clean. Great location, shops near by.

The doors were locked during the night required security to open when can take time sometimes. Security were friendly.

Great value for money

All the food at the restaurant is excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dusty, with some litter under the bed, and the room got very warm and stuffy without AC in the heat.

Simple easy to use hotel.

Pretty much what we expected. It's a simple hotel, nothing too fancy. It is in a good location as there are shops only a few kms away and is on a nice leafy street that isn't too loud. There is a small private carpark and it all felt safe enough. We had to go around the block though to get into the right bit of street to get to the carpark as there are some one way bits.

Could have done with a kettle in the room but no problems at all with anything.

Happy with the cleanliness of the rooms

No Hot water supply for 4-5 hrs. We all of us had to go and inform to the front office. Very warm inside the rooms. We had to request for a fan. Finally got 2 table fans (small). They should check for all these main facilities before handing over the rooms to Guests.

Quiet, comfortable and clean.

Room didn't have a refrigerator (probably to incentivise people to eat in the restaurant) and the room carpet was very old/used.

Rooms need soundproofing!

The hotel was clean and in a nice location

The family room had the really noisy lift shaft right next to it so that kept us awake all night. The walls are so paper thin you can hear the person next door going to the toilet. Stayed 2 nights and didn’t sleep a wink which ruined our trip as kids were tired and grumpy.

Filthy room, unmaintained, unsuitable for rental. I was put in room used for day use, the covers and sheets seemingly used but set straight. A codom hanging on the fire detector. Shameless a room not renovated since it was 1st put in use

Perfeft location for a visit to Efteling as well as to Beekse Bergen. Price vs service = perfect match.

There was no water heater in the room.

This hotel has never been close to 4 stars and also 3. It may have been 2 stars few years ago but is closer to 1 star at the moment. You will be disappointed if you book a room there. Avoid! Breakfast was terrible, they said the restaurant is under reconstruction so we had to eat in another room, one plate with 8 slices of ham, two plates with 16 slices of cheese, powdered cold scrambled eggs (everyday), pancakes from yesterday and some fruit which tasted like they were cut 2-3 days ago. Everything looked like it was lying there 24/7 with no fridge. No vegetables, no changes. Terrible. The room was never renovated, it looked like it was decorated in 1980. I was very disappointed with this stay. I was misled with these 4*.

Rundown

The receptionist that attended us was very helpful, he was able to help us with some of our requests. The location when visiting Waalwijk is good. Free parking space.

Very (very) rundown compared to other Fletcher hotels. Regarding the room, the windows are single-glazed and old, no toiletries, no airco, no iron (we went out to buy one for the hotel). Overall, the decoration and hotel in general is old. VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is.

Rundown but kind staff!

Great location to visit Waalwijk. Has a parking space and it is easy to get to. Receptionist was a delight!

Overall, compared to over Fletcher hotels in NL, it's a bit rundown. Room supposed to have a minibar (didn't), old flooring and windows, minimum necessities (my parents went out to buy an iron) - Payed far too much for what we got!

Very poor

Room was very outdated and small. Bathroom was horrible, even a hostel has a better bathroom. It look like last time there was a renovation was early 90s, rusty fixtures and a plastic shower curtain with very bad ventilation. Not at all a 4 star hotel bathroom. Breakfast was also very disappointing, we had to ask them to put extra food because there was almost nothing, just some soft bread and sandwiches. Cheapest quality cut meats and cheese. A sign with built your own pancakes but only available syrup, sugar and bacon (baked very well I must say). How can they ask 16 euros pp for that. One of my worst hotel experiences.
