Their location in Patras is very convenient. Near to bus (old and new terminal), the city square and severa good establishments. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view to the sea is also great. Good bang for the buck.
Your mileage may vary but during my stay, it was incredibly noisy. The wifi sometimes doesnt work but it has decent speed when it does work. I hope the breakfast buffet offers more. The fruits look old. The hot shower is also unpredictable.

Great flexibility, easy to find breakfast area, kind service. Greatview from the front bedrooms.
The double room was slightly smaller than You might expect, but they picked me well - I checked in late, and left early so didn't need a bigger room. Good work from the team

The hotel is serviceable for a one-night stay in Patras - the room is a decent size and it is inexpensive for the centre of the city.
The hotel is very basic and the room was not up to a high standard. It was not super clean and the walls were damaged in places. There was absolutely no decoration at all - very plain. The buffet breakfast was stale and unappetising. There is only street parking outside the hotel, which the staff advise is available 'until it is taken', and you cannot book in advance. Parking in Patras is a nightmare - there is congestion everywhere and the staff were not much help, so I ended up driving around for hours trying to find a spot (this is a known problem in the city, so I would expect more guidance or suggestions from staff ahead of arrival).
