I slept like a baby. Nice bed, nice shower, and in a totally peacefull place. The restaurant beside is awesome!

Hotel Hof 19. When we arrived there was no one on reception and need to call a number which took 15 minutes to answer. We did not get any sleep for the 5 nights we were staying, due to the beds were very uncomfortable The hotel owners did not visit to ask if everything was OK. There was no equipment in the room to make a hot drink - which went the temperature outside is -3 c We will not be booking again. We spent our first night in a near bye hotel and the hotel owners were excellent, hot drinks and the bed was excellent.

The shower was hot.

The hotel is convenient starting point for strolls around Heroldsberg. We appreciated the free parking.

When we arrived, no one was at the reception area. We called to check in and we were told the door was unlocked. It wasn't. Then we were told where to find a hidden key to let ourselves into the room. Later, we weren't able to reach any staff member by phone. We did not see a staff member the entire time we were there.

Ambient was romantic and quietful. It was so nice to have a covered patio for the night with candles and a beatiful view on the sky...(so many stars in the cosmo!!). A quick walk to see the White Castle and the Church that were illuminated and then a shot of good Grappa before to sleep. Great!!

Everything. It is intimate, beautiful, rustic, comfortable room, huge terrace, welcoming hosts, fabulous breakfast. We will definitely return whenever we pass through Germany

A pleasant and comfortable stay as always!

Very friendly staff as always and practical location in our favorite place Heroldsberg Wifi speed could be a bit better and be improved. Breakfast was nice and of good quality, using local suppliers!

Very nice location and lovely room.

No airco although the room was quite cool with the 32C outside. Very slippy shower floor... moths and mosquitos in the room.
