The location was good with 2 tube stations within a 10 minute walk (Gloucester Rd & Earl's Court).
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was of a good quality.
My single room was tired and very small. The room did not look like the pictures advertised. My shower had no hot water. The bathroom tiles were old & patched up shoddily. No remote for the TV. No bedside table to put items on. Felt that the rate charged was high for the room I received.
