The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Dervis and on reception Canberk has been a great! Since we were 5 people, they upgraded us to presidential suite without any charges. Loved my experience and stay here.
Highly recommended.

The personal, in particular the cleaning team and Fatima, who was every day nice to us and has done her work in the best possible way.
The air conditioning in our room has lacks. It was warm and stuffily in the last two days of our trip.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they have great variety. The room is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice stay in Taksim. Also the location is very convenient!
